  • go underground the first time. both the bulk storage and the pressing module "accept" regolith.
  • the pressing module should not accept, it is set to auto and that should have disabled "bringing" for the module

I think this behavior goes back to the start of time. In countless games, I will turn off depositing into the regolith bucket as progress towards relocating the press so I can build a factory floor there, and find my presser still 128/128 full eons after the bucket is empty, and go WTF when I discover that the presser was being fed by drones. I've always blamed myself.
