I researched the area for the deposits. And went to sleep being happy. On a next day, after the update, this is what I see. The area, which I have researched, is now marked as unknown.
I gave it a chance. I thought: "it's a new version, it can be incompatible a bit." However, it happens on the game load after the game update as well. It's definitely not a save game compatibility issue.

The game just crashed. Now, I loaded and have this. I think, I will start making screenshots now. Researching the whole area on every load is not feasible with the increased coverage.
It seems, the game saved only 4 locations which I researched before some update. After this, the researched area status is not saved. There are 6 new places I researched (I swear!), but they are only "small dots".
