I discovered a weird bug where the main elevator will lose the ability to connect to power on the underground side of things. I was demolishing my entire room/colonist area to relocate it. Afterwards I realized I suddenly lost power to everything underground but not on the surface. The main elevator showed -1/10 as soon as a single ice melter was dismantled, doesn't matter which one. I'm currently uploading the video that shows exactly as this happens..

I got the same thing - power at -1 / 10 and I cannot connect anything to the underground elevator. All underground buildings are unpowered.

It is definitely the Ice Melter that causes it. I'm not sure if it's intended but the ice melters have their own power supply, I think that has something to do with it. I ended up reverting to before I demolished them and left them where it was at and turned that room into a water/oxygen station and all is well. Just have to leave them where they are at.
