Shipping cost for contracts

It is quite ridiculous, that the sender of contracted goods pays for the transport cost.
When ordering supplies it is the receiver, who pays for shipping cost. So which is it going to be?

Never heard of "free shipping"? Anyway I think the idea here is to prevent ridiculous min-maxing by spam selling/buying one unit at a time.

There are only few exceptions

Even if you as a customer pay for shipping, you pay the sender, not the transport company
