For no apparent reason, the circle menu would not come up any more and right-clicking wouldn't cancel a menu. Had to quit the game and relaunch.

thank you for your report. i can safely assume the devs are aware of this bug. we're not sure how it is triggered.
#1242830360316874782 message describes a way to get the right mouse button (RMB) back.

i've had this one, saving then main menu then load fixed it though
