  3. Build LVAF (do not connect to electrictiy) -> Schedule MDR production -> Once materials are delivered the MDR is constructed although electricity is not plug in
  4. Happend both in previous versions and current
  5. Tried both without reloading and loading after the building was constructed. In both cases the facility works without electricity

OK. Although the bug with containers makes reloading a pain in the back 🙂
