I dont get a serious lag problem, drops to about 40 fps but the game does like to crash on auto saves.. i might disable it and try again. I havent gotten the issue when i manually save. I notice the game is still running during the save process and I wouldn't mind if it paused for a moment to save if that alleviates the issue

The negative values have also broken mine as well now.
