Power readout does not accurately reflect capacity of batteries at night

Even with 20 machines turned off, it still reports as a shortage in power.

You might also notice this if you load the save, although that broke early on and I didn't notice for a while. It still works fine.

The power should also be calculated differently:

"shortage" means if your consumption is higher then what you can deliver, during the night it shows negative numbers the "shortage" indicated here are actually machines not running.

Which is confusing to be fair.
