All of these notifications came up. I click on them and see what you see in the second screenshot all of them.
Don't know how it happened or how to get rid of them. Accepting or refusing doesn't seem to remove the notification.
Have I missed something?

I've the same problem, I'm just not sure if I'm missing any important notifications with all those popping up.

Known and yes will be fixed eventually. For now just ignore them the best you can.

Had to have been 200+ right clicking does clear the notifications, but there are a whole lot of them.
And it does repeat.
