We planned expand the research capabilities of the rover, now it will search with a surface scanner more interesting areas for research (generation of science points), it can be unusual craters and anomalies.
The rover will be able to find interesting areas and stay there for long mining of science points (often fundamental, rarely engineering and never social). The surface scanner itself also expands its functionality, now the radar will have dynamic bursts of waves of different heights and visual. By them it will be possible to determine the approximate distance to poi and poi type (experienced players). Also it will show interesting areas for research in the form of spots, having arrived in which the rover begins to get science points (like curiosity or perseverance). After a long time the number of points you get will decrease and the rover can be sent to search for new interesting places.
