I doing swaps manually, i try to explain for you, all my magic runes are in Alt+"x" my mb gear swap in key X and return to attack gear key in Alt+X, so is instantly, for example: beast fang + X (to swap to mb) then hold Alt+ "X" to exploit rune and u just need press again key X cuz u have "Alt" hold

Yea I also did all my swaps with the gear swaps, all you really miss out on is being in the mboost gear for 1 attack cycle at most if you swap back correctly. Wouldn’t say it’s a huge impact on dmg, but you take way more dmg if you get stuck for a bit in your mboost of course 🙂
