although I don't know anything about vegas anymore, ever since it has been bought by magix and stopped using the sony name like 8 or so years ago, i switched over to adobe premiere

if you want to render videos with a ton of movement then you gotta adjust towards the higher end, otherwise 12mbit/s should be a good value to start with.
if vegas supports an adaptive bitrate, use that instead.

so while it only says 0.1 more, keep in mind that the weapons scale off of 19% from the weapons themselves + 9% scroll + 2-3% title + 8% gloves

given that the formula for attackspeed is MainHand+(OffHand*0.25), that 0.1 is much more than it seems

So in total we do have 1.55 attackspeed (which the game rounds up), 0.1 means a total attackspeed gain of around 6-7%

that's almost equal to when you take your gloves off
