IGG Discord Rules & Policies

This section contains the rules and moderation policies for the IGG official English-language Discord server. Moderators are required to base their moderation on those rules and their policies.

Check pinned messages for rules on individual channels.

  1. Advertising

Users are not allowed to advertise any kind of content without consent from the moderators, this includes but is not limited to:

Discord invite links
Referral links
Social media profiles or channels
This rule also applies to advertisements through direct messages.

Users may promote Lords Mobile streams, video links, in game guilds and trading offers only in the appropriate channel as long as it is not spam or inappropriate.
Livestreams in the voice chat channels may only be LM content. Streaming other games will result in a warning, a second offence will result in ban.

Policy: Users who join our Discord server only to violate this rule are permanently muted when advertising publicly and banned when advertising through direct messages. Other users are warned.

  1. Language & Behavior

Language or behavior is prohibited if it is:

Insulting
Accusatory
Defamatory
Violent
Sexist
Racist
Homophobic
Any sort of hate speech
Political in nature

Please keep comments in English-language only; other languages must be in dedicated language channels only.

No chatting, facetious or off topic comments in channels designated "no chat". Post comments in the relevant channel. Don't troll with fake codes or direct users to DM for trolling.

Policy: Users are warned when violating this rule, in severe cases they may be temporarily muted or banned.

  1. Prohibited Content

Content is prohibited if it:

Is illegal
Involves pornography or nudity
Is sexual or suggestive content
Shows or encourages violence
Threatens, harasses, or bullies or encourages others to do so
Is personal and confidential information
Impersonates someone in a misleading or deceptive manner
Is spam > see #4

Gem Selling/Account selling and account trading or any transactions for real money or promotion/ encouragement thereof is prohibited! (This includes account sharing and guild shells)
Discussions are subject to Lords Mobile terms of service (ToS)

In game bots are not permitted to be used and/or discussed. No discussion of in game bots or any prohibited third party software that violate terms of service. This includes using coded language or references.

Trading resources in game is no longer permitted. Any trading in-game (including direct trades of resources for gifted gems) is banned. Do not ask for trades or discuss trading.

Policy: Depending on the severity, users are warned, temporarily muted, or permanently muted when violating this rule.

  1. Spamming
    The following behavior is considered spam:

Sending messages with arbitrary characters in a fast sequence
Sending the same message repeatedly (including emotes and reactions)
Sending the same message in multiple channels (including emotes and reactions).
Repeatedly or unnecessarily mentioning staff roles.
Excessive sending and deleting of messages, including pings.
Tagging staff roles or individual staff members without appropriate cause.
Do not ping roles outside of the appropriate channels. Only members with permissions may use alert pings.

Policy: Depending on the severity, users are warned or temporarily muted when violating this rule. Accounts that are solely used for spamming are permanently muted or banned.

  1. Begging
    Users are not allowed to ask others for free rewards or money, this includes begging for gems, accounts, speeds, and CODES.

Policy: Depending on severity, users are warned or temporarily muted.

  1. Monster / Pack buses or pack loading are prohibited. No advertising or promotion of such allowed.

Penalties
*Ban
Permanently removes a user from the server.
*Mute
Permanently mutes a user in all channels.
*Temporary Mute
Temporarily mutes a user in all channels.
*Warning
A warning is a note that will be attached to a user's account. 3 or more warnings within 24 hours will result in a mute for an extended duration.
Users who accrue multiple warnings over time will be muted or banned for repeat infractions, regardless of severity.

Users who take action to deliberately evade a temporary mute will be permanently banned.
