Give the ability to R5 to create the guild siege as a building (like the building we have in guild expedition) in the normal kingdom.
guild siege rankings could be created, wich would upgrade with the events levels of the guild.
It would represent the guild events by showing the event ranking as decorations (gold decoration for master league events ect), and also could be somewhere you can deposit your rss and get them back (as a guild bank. Less bots in lm and very efficient and necessary for a guild).
Storage and speed of supply marches will depends on a your Guild Rank (depends on events rank)

Army skins shouldn't be so hard to get, just because they are new you guys are abusing it by making it more expensive than even castle skins!
I will just wait an easy one, besides, most of them are too simple.
Now here comes a serious suggestion, all army skins (even the ones that already exist) should have different animations/number of units depending on what they are, normally there is the rally army size, solo army size, hero party size (for hunting monsters) and the resource/gathering army, therefore army skins should have at least 2 variations (solo X rally) and ideally all 4 (a variation for hunting, gathering/trading resources, solo attacks and rally attacks).

Siege and walls should have a meaning ingame (at the moment their use is literally 0), they need a serious rework, and maybe even some effect on wonder rallies. A simple fix for siege in my humble opinion would increase its damage multiplier against all units (while also taking extra damage from all units, the same way it is) but this extra damage have to be smaller, if archer deals 2x to cavalry, then siege would have to do like 1.25 or 1.33x damage to all units, it would be a nice touch and it would breathe innovation into the game, while also boosting immersion.

Follow up the the Fastfox's suggestion
If they want to remove the radiation, players need to buy special "radiation removal kit" which will cost depending on the % of radiation the kit removes
Let's say 10% radiation removal kit will cost 15$ or something

Also radiation should last atleast 1-2 weeks on default
And a familiar/research should be introduced so lengthen the radiation duration.

Please add a Guild Bank as a subscription perk of the guild after a month of creation. Make it for XXX gems, whatever you want, that has a pool players can chip in gems to keep renewing every 30 days. If my account is at dominion 2 and I'm in a guild that has its home kd in the permanent dominion. When Chaos arena starts, I should be registered at Dominion 2, not permanent dominion. Make chaos arena register you based on where your castle actually is, not based on your guild, that's dumb

Does this game really want to promote spenders without any regard for non-spending players?

Here’s the problem:

Many players spend money to build their turf fast — that’s their choice and no issue with that. But what about the rest of us, the non-spenders or small guilds who play fairly and strategically?

When one of our guild members is attacked, we try to send reinforcements to save them. But we cannot send reinforcements without breaking our own shield first!

How is that fair or justified? If we break the shield, the attacker can just burn us all down, and we lose everything trying to save a single member. This completely disadvantages smaller guilds and non-spenders.

Imagine this — attacker has 100k troops and attacks our guild member. We have three members with 30-40k troops each. If two of us send reinforcements, together we outnumber the attacker (considering all research and stats).

But the current system punishes us for trying to protect each other. The attacker can just destroy all three of us easily because we can’t send help without losing our shields first.

How does Lords Mobile justify this? It’s clearly biased toward spenders and kills any chance for fair play for smaller guilds and non-spenders.

We demand you rethink this reinforcement & shield system immediately. Fair gameplay matters, not just paying players.

So... turns out you did something to exchange extragavanzza quests, didn't you? I asked my guildmates and have same problem as me: Use speedup (60p variants) are extreamly rare, they used to be fairly common but now you bare get one each 1-2 hours of waiting. I always saved my research, tomes and research speedups for this event because there were not many ways for me to complete it, now those quests are basically gone. I'm being spammed with P2P quests like star scroll, artifact, buy packs, tycoon/labyrinth boss or spend tokens/stars, but i don't have those things... MAKE 60P SPEEDUP QUESTS MORE COMMON, AS THEY USED TO BE!!!!!!!!

Back in the days, using quick sweeps to clear hero stages was given points for stage expert in the Kingdom paragon. These days it doesn't. I enjoy the game because of the war, not The hero stages. So if you are thinking to make points in stage expert hard for us just to increase the time with spend to play hero stages or whatever your aim is, then sorry it ain't gonna work.

And there were 3 types of EXP foods for heroes, Honeybaked ham(giving 60exp), Braised Beef(giving 7,500exp, and the other one, can't recall the name, but it gave 1,500exp to heroes. After the new update, only Honeybaked ham that was giving 60exp is obtained from hero stages. I mean wtf how could you remove the Braised beef(7.5k exp) and the 1.5k exp from the rewards for clearing advanced hero stages? I really suggestions you get rid of the Honeybaked ham instead and Bring back the Braised beef and the other one or just reverse it, for all the three to be obtained from hero stages like before.

For many events, you have set a deadline for exchanging event points after the event time has ended, and for some, you convert all points into worthless speed boosts as soon as the time is up.

A Material Gift Shop would let players gift equipment materials to guildmates while keeping the game balanced. To prevent abuse, the system can include these restrictions:

  1. Only bound/gift-shop materials can be gifted (not farmed or normal ones).

  2. Daily/weekly limits on how many material gifts can be sent or received.

  3. Only Common–Rare materials can be gifted directly; higher tiers come through Material Chests with RNG.

  4. Receiver must be in the guild for 7 days before receiving gifts.

  5. Castle level and Hero Level restrictions on what rarity can be received.

  6. Materials are gifted as both Material Chests, or specific items, depending on Sender.

So now that this guildfest update dropped with these amazing rewards I think we get a bad value by doing the event so there should be a paid pass too ( just like in GE silver and gold) one for 10$ other for 30$ with double and triple the rewards + crimson mane chests , astralite in the gold one as well as 100k gems . Also there should be some changes in terms of quests since everyone will do the boosted quests there's no point in having the bad base quests and increase the cd on quest refresh to 30 minutes ( with silver /gold pass time will change to 10 minute with silver 30 sec with gold pass )

Get a QA team to test updates before you release them. This DA update was not necessary. People asked for DA global chat, more flexible DA times and better communication features / organisation. Having 2 separate teams using the same shared guild chat for posting coordinates, where one team is blind of the actions of the other is backwards.

The new DA layout is also unbalanced as well, you can effectively win by having 4 strong leads sit in the citadels and due to the points per minute, enemy team is pretty much almost guaranteed to lose without any effort. This clearly didn't have any thought put into it whatsoever.

About gf, a few things. I believe the way new gf looks is more like an exchange extravaganza, where everyone competes alone, but together... Which is a little awkward. I don't quite get the point being able to do 14 quests from 2 slots you have to keep refreshing, and the rest of 3 quest from the big pool of quests.
I think would be better if people were able to pick quests from the big pool, and choose themselves the boost they want to add to the quest. 7x 200%, 7x 120%, 3x normal. And because now there are more quests total, maybe reduce the quest appearing time. 5 / 8 / 10 minutes. At the end of the day, guild fest is fighting with your guild over who takes a quest 😂. Now it looks like most work is done without your team.
Since there are more quests, maybe do more reward tiers...? So that p2p guilds are more motivated to do gf? Because current rewards mean nothing to the average person. Up to 500-550k points maybe even 600k, something more valuable, which can't be obtained easily.
And also WHAT ARE THESE NEW REWARDS?? it's like old guildfest but a quarter. 1-2 pact 5, 4 artifact books, 3 white jewels?? New rewards are an absolute joke to the previous 2 reward systems

Add some more reward tiers, which aren't obtainable by any guild. Current gf isn't a challenge to completing all tiers. I think it should be somewhat of a challenge for the guild, and it should be rewarded accordingly. Something to make it worth pushing for. Current rewards anyone can do with darknests and rewards feel the same

So, my suggestion: add solo rewards up to 5k, guild rewards up to 500k, and make these more significant than the others.

The new Guild Fest is extremely expensive for people who are free to play. It is creating greater division between free to play and those who spend money. We are unable to realistically achieve rewards without purchases and the rewards are very poor in comparison to the cost of gems, time, resources, and potentially money spent in this event. It has brought disappointment to my entire guild and it is hard to keep members from being discouraged in the game and choosing to quit with these new expensive updates.

Please take into consideration your loyal players who cannot afford to spend so much on your fun game. I have been playing with my account since December 2018 and I, like many others have put hundreds, if not a couple thousand dollars into this game, but I am not in a financial position to spend like I once did and I can no longer play the events to the best of my abilities because this one updated guildfest may very well drain all my extra gems, speed ups, and resource reserves.

As a loyal player of 7 years, the continued divides created by these events increasingly put me in the mindset of leaving the game entirely, and I know many other long time players such as myself are also considering this with the continued event additions that make everything that much harder for us. Please do right by us.

Here are my thoughts about this event:

  1. Not F2P players friendly - Those tasks that are technically impossible to accomplish without spending thousands gems and resources. Y’all strategy was to make us spend really hard and it really shows, y’all didn't even tried to hide it and that sucks. Although I want to purchase packs to help me finish tasks, I keep thinking it wouldn’t be worth it because the money I spend cannot be recovered.

  2. Again, THE PRIZES - those prizes are not really IT bruh. Literally we spent hundredths and thousandths of gems or whatever that is and the prizes is STILL NOT IT. The cycle keeps going on and I’m getting tired of that. (Might consider quiting this game now because of that) Matter of fact that Guild Fest Event happens every month and obviously in only few weeks, we can’t actually gather the resources that we’ve lost and spent for those tasks. Those prizes are not really helpful. Right now as an F2P player, I’m struggling to find an easy task that has a huge points.

Y’all are asking for feedbacks but y’all won’t try to actually make the game gameable like what the f.

Suggestion:
Bring back the Prime Guild Fest Event where the rewards are actually good. The rewards should also be centered to useful things like speed ups, gems, and etc.

Veteran players have accumulated large amounts of resources, speeds, and items over a long period, allowing them to push ranks easily. In contrast, newer players have limited resources and very little time to collect what is required to compete within the short event duration.
As a result, rankings are heavily skewed in favor of older accounts, making the event extremely difficult and discouraging for new players. This reduces fair competition and negatively impacts motivation and participation from newer players.
To improve fairness, the event should be structured based on account age or progression level:
Older accounts should compete only with other older accounts.
Newer accounts should be grouped and ranked with players of similar account age or progression.
This approach would create a balanced competitive environment, allowing all players to participate meaningfully and fairly in the Kingdoms’ Paragon event, regardless of when they started playing.

1. Rewards for events: I understand that a company not making money can't afford to keep space for F2P, but I am sure that a better compromise could be found. It is not a mystery that rewards are getting worse and worse in respect of the resources required to get them. If this trends continues the game will have to rely more and more on big spenders. Economically could sound nice, but are you sure that a compression of the player base will keep big spenders interested? Some ideas: make chests tiers for materials, speed ups and the like different (it makes no sense to get a legendary when the odds to get a legendary is in the 0,1% range. That's actually a common). Getting a legendary chest should require commitment, but also should give good chances to get a valuable reward;
2. Guild management: in all these years, no significant improvements. No tiered chat, no way to have meaningful stats or activity tracking, no chance to name leads for different activities. There is space for a lot of improvements if you just wanted to and I think it should be done because this is not a single player game

The new guild fest is tragic. Either make quests more rewarding or reduce the attempts. Small guilds won't even survive in the master gauntlet with this. Players shouldn’t have to keep clicking the Help button all the time. There should be an option to hide these notifications.

Currently, we can hide construction/research notifications, but not everything else.

  1. The map has stayed the same for a long time.
    Other apps have evolved to include mini-maps on the side (for example, PUBG Mobile). The game map should also be improved.

Stop Chaos Arena from taking over game. It is just another recurring event, it does not need extra promotion or prominence. The Events icon just says 'Chaos Arena' for the whole event, instead of being able to see Hell event timer. Chaos Arena ends up with a permanent exclamation mark, which flows into a permanent mark on the Events icon. I got an idea, add 8 mini forts, 1 between each current fort on the map and call them guard towers or something. Place the same tile as the ones around the forts, around the guard tower but just one tile around it so that it's lets say just 8 to 12 tiles. Make it so that you cant rally them and can only take them in solo matches and make it so that only one player can attack it at a time. Once one of these towers are taken then that person becomes a guard and the tiles around the tower becomes protected and anyone in them can't be attacked so you'll have to take the gaurd tower back frome someone before you can attack the people in the tiles around it. This will allow mid rank rally leaders to take these post and defend them for fillers to safely help fill while the main rally leader go for forts but also create another fun pvp battle that revolves around solo fights and not just rallys.
It be best if these guard towers didn't have a timer and can be fighted for whenever wanted cause then there will be more activity in the kingdoms.

Bring back the old full map Dragon Arena.

Right now, Team A (40 players) gets all the real fights, while Team B (60 players) mostly sits inactive due to weak opponents. This makes the event less exciting and unfair for many members.

Also, sharing one guild chat for both teams causes confusion with mixed coordinates and instructions.

Overall, this update creates unnecessary pressure in team setup and even causing internal conflicts, as everyone wants to be in Team A. Dragon Arena should unite the guild, not divide it.

Let’s face it, nobody likes those defense jewels, so how about implementing a system to reroll a higher grade jewel into 1 lower grade jewel of your choice, or 2 random lower grade jewels for those that like to gamble? You can limit the pool of rerollable jewels to the jewels that are not exclusive to paid bundles if you like. "Account Age" is not a measure of might. You close kingdoms based on the age of the account which means nothing except what someone has spent. So the newer kingdoms are closed to older players, which is good, but that is no indication of how hard they hit or how much they've spent. So instead of an account age how about you institute a might rule? 90 days kingdom closed below 250m and then +50m for every month after that. Might is the measure, not age. F2p are going to sit for 10 months and not reach the point of what a big spender reaches. I'm just saying - stop encouraging people to boost in the lower kingdoms to poop on babies and pretending 'age' is a good measure of who can be there and who cant. No 1b might players should be in a kingdom less than six months old. If you hit a certain might, regardless of age, the new players should be closed to you. Swim in your league.
