I guess it depends on what you need, but let's celebrate is probably the best all-around pack...you get tomes, gems, speedups, and chests

if you need more monster chests, you should get material madness. If you want cheaper champ gear, you should get rising champ. If you need tokens for halos, you should get the $20 token pack that gives you 495 tokens. If you need jewels, you should get crown jewels.

@inner cradle Comp largely depends on the gear you're using. If you're using a shit gear, you'll need large troop count but if you're using full mythic gears, you don't need a large troop count

The protection comes first for the 1st 90 days. You can't participate in KvK and other inter kingdom events while the Restriction comes after and lasts another 90 days. This one, you can participate in inter kingdom events.
Migration restrictions from older kingdoms applies in both cases

@remote acorn there are types of players who actively avoid being over 200m might... solo traps.
A 200mm account could be a zeroed castle, or have lots of turf quest might, a small might/in progress rally trap... someone who just unlocked t4. Might really doesn't tell you anything about how far someone has progressed in the game or how strong they are.

it's generally kind of hard to estimate how long it'll take to get to x, especially at lower mights

I could fairly easily estimate how long it'd take me to get to 1b by focusing purely on troops but when you need to consider research/etc. it becomes complicated
