@idle plank not sure where you got your count, but LKT featured all 7 Sub Zero (silver, klassic, cryo, gm, kw, cos, mk11) plus the 4 Triborgs, total of 11 bosses
Between Tak and Scorp there are currently 12 cards, including 10 bloody scorpions (silver, klassic, hanzo, inferno, injustice, ninjutsu, kw, hs, sf, mk11)

Unfortunately the shift has been to just an all out ugly, taking with both hands, greedy money grubbing pay for play system. So I don't see the old store ever coming back. But if the development team is listening they should consider Morningstar's suggestion to EARN Guaranteed Diamonds thru challenges. Otherwise people just might throw they're hands up and say screw it and not play at all. $440 to buy a level X diamond... seriously??

Towers are actually a new thing. We don't know. The Tower of Horror was for the Halloween season of last year, and the Lin Kuei tower was for the winter. We don't know anything else about any upcoming towers or which towers will return.

I'd love to see Noob Saibot, Sindel, and Shang Tsung the most. I'd also like to see gold copies of these characters, as well as a gold Scarlet. Named Mortal Kombat characters should have gold versions that are accessible to everyone, not just diamonds. I understand specialty characters like Leatherface, Terminator, etc. being only diamond, but MK chars should have golds that everyone can play with and have fun with.
