So for spec ops u must use the scorpion variation
For outworld u must use rain or sub zero
For Netherrealm u must use tremor or ermac
For martial artists use reptile

As far as the abilities are concerned

Rain gets 50% basic attack boost
Sub zero has frostbite and another ability I'm not sure about
Scorpion's kombo ender causes fire and it's effectiveness is enhanced vs spec ops opponents
Tremor has increased lethal chances
Reptile has a damage over time
Ermac has vampirism

@little parcel I find that gold/bronze/bronze team is good for beginner players, but they don't do well vs a veteran player with golds and diamonds. Factor in weaker Kung Lao and the team is definitely not unstoppable. Max out all you want, bronzes are still limited by their stats and specials.

Use your level up cards. It would be silly not to.

I save them for diamonds and golds past level 40. The higher the level the character is, the longer it takes to level up normally without the level up card.

Kitana’s zombie minion can basically a meat shield whilst being a pretty good fighter depending on the situation, and with the gear I can just constantly regen health since the game counts as Kitana tagging in once the minion is dead

If you're going for good golds, get Elder God Kenshi maxed out. Pair him with Smoke and Sub-Triborg and you have power drain, ice slowness and every sp1 grants you 50% stolen power with triborgs. Set your talent trees up perfectly and it is a bad ass team

Plus, every kill with that Kenshi using specials grants everyone a bar of power

Use Vial of Blood and Kenshi's attack card and you get 50% block breaker chance

I maxed Klassic Sonya a while back when completing the challenge unlocked them in the store. Basically, she is good for spamming SP1 for damage to all enemy party members. She has been good to get through challenges fairly quickly. Other than that, she's not really viable in FW, and there are better cards to max if you have access to them.

So how about you start as Ferra(the big one) and basically Ferra has high damage but is super slow, and combo enders have a small chance to stun. On special attack 2 use, you switch to Torr, who is faster but does less damage and has a small chance of inflicting bleed on combo enders. Their health bars are split, with Ferra having more than half of the health, and Torr having the smaller half.

So most characters at fusion x have like 100.000(example) health, there would be two health bars for them, one for Ferra which has like 60.000 and one for Torr which has 40,000.

I got a small idea for kronika. Incomplete but one part of her passive is that she can extend time limits on time limited battles... Again, only this would make her a really useless character. I'm saying this small addition plus more in her passive

This phrase "Mk11 teammates" means 3 different things depends on the character. On Subzero it means only his tammates, on Jade, Raiden and Scorpion that phrase means all 3 characters and on Skarlet means half part on her and the other part on her teammates. WTF is this?!

His passive is not that great in and of itself, I’ll concede. The main thing is his regen and his basic attacks - you just keep pushing’em away until you can trigger sp2. Repeat until you win.

I’ve clutched so hard with CoS Kung Lao... I got the first opponent card down to half health, and then for some reason I made some mistakes and by the time I was onto the second card I used up my revenant. Somehow I just kept clutching and beat the last two cards. CoSKL is super fast, and usually if I don’t slip and make mistakes like accidentally using specials or something when opponent blocks, I can win every match. He’s really good. Tbh I feel like the CoS team has a kinda weak passive compared to other teams but their play styles/combos and their attacks are just really good

Dark Raiden, Injustice Raiden, Johnny Cage spec ops and hellspawn scorpion are better alternative to liu kang.
IMHO dark liu kang is the only card that is fast and does good damage too.
The klassic liu kang character is fast and comes from mkx era. But that's it. He has poor defense and health.
His sp1 does less damage. Gud for looking as in graphics.

I enjoy killing him with jade or emperor

Two solid SP1 attacks rest fire burn takes care .
Plus whenever he's tagging in, he's causing fire damage. Blaze fire ring work wonders here

Wish they would drop gears often so I can fuse some of the equipment to gain more damage over them. Since I can’t use special attacks on them coz the evade so much, my best chance of winning is causing enough damage to them before they fight back.

you can try MK11 scorp and just tag in and out causing Fire DoT.

equip a character other than Mk11 scorp with Blaze's life force and than tag in mk11 Scorpion and you can get 3x fire DOT on jason

#

and 2x Fire DOT on the Jade and SF Scorp

#

Use shokan armor with SP reflect chance talent and you can reflect blocked SP attacks as well.

If you have some sort of resurrection you can survive a xray cause its an enraged match and its easy to get hit by xray

#

you can use support weak point attack and use IJ2 raiden to snare jason and Knock him out and let SF scorp tag in and snare him than. Knock Scorpion out and than deal with jade and if possible you can knock out scorpion using 2 character while the 3rd one generates power to xray and use it on jade and hopefully do massive damage

My IJ2 raiden ain’t strong yet. Only on fusion 2 and I’m still leveling him up to 50😩

Jason evades so much and it freaking hurts. He has crazy basic attack damage and once he evaded and stuns me, that’s it. Am dead. Coz when my next player tags in and I go for speacial attack the AI always lets Jason do his attack before it does mine so that means, my second character is also gone. Leaving the last at the mercy of jade who is almost at X-ray but she would just spam her sp1 in the middle of me trying to hit her then it’s GAME OVER!!!!😭😭😭😭

here is my tactic that i'm gonna use on my 2nd round there. IJ2 on start with blaze Life force for fire DOT and IJ2 raiden Passive power drain will snare jason (talent tree bonus) and than tag in with mk11 with BD tower equipment and do some damage and than again tag in with ij2 raiden. and keeping him snared and when he's defeated first time and SF scorpion tags in the process repeats until scorpion is defeated. and hopefully by than my 3rd character Mk11 s0 will have xray by then and use on jade when she tags in.
