I saw a vid on YouTube... kinda confused me. On there it says certain quests might drop gold characters, but on my quests none have character drops.
I’ve already unlocked neatheralm quests though. So I’ve done all the outworld quests.
All mine show is Caro’s guidance card for a drop.

Nothing is called best quests. Green eyes arent guaranteed like souls. In the end its all about possibilities, if u do highest duration of quests u might get eyes. Otherwise u wont
