Yeah it's pretty good, and most useful when it's maxed, just give it to your starter or the one who deals the most damage, and as soon as you defeat one card, the others will already be low

But spend your koins mainly on your special attacks first
At the beginning of the game it's tough farming koins, eventually you will have way too much to do anything, first Max special attacks then support cards
