I mean I assume if I got a few good golds and managed to fuse them it'd be worthwhile, whereas currently I'd have a much larger chance of just getting randoms altogether (like maybe 1 Baraka, 1 Mileena, 1 Johnny, etc.) if I were to buy 3 Challenge packs, plus a bunch of random gear and some level ups

I've been doing mostly hards outside of the usual easy/normal for the daily objective

It's usually a pretty good matchup

Actually they aren't necessarily stronger, despite the names. The 5th of 5 match is the theoretical hardest there. But they start off easier than in Quick Battle when compared to Hard and Fatal Battles. So, unless you've got a maxed out Drahmin's Mask equipped, playing Normal gets you to your last match with the higher payout quicker than wasting time in Fatal. That's why I play only Normal Battles when I'm using any Golds on my team because they prevent the team from attaining the maximum of 9200 per match in the Fatal Battle 7/7.

It depends on your fighting style and your cards.If you favour cards that you use your sp1 more often then power generation doesn't make much difference

Set yourself a goal and then spend when you reach it. If you feel like saving for a bit then aim for 5000 or so, since you’re already at 1000-something. Then you can open a few packs in a row if you feel like it @dry flame
