Opening the MK app requires big bandwidth. Connection issues have been here for a very long time already.
Make sure to turn off all bandwidth use until the game loads. Once it's on the main menu, you can stream again.

Best bet is shao Kahn’s tower/relic hunt when it appears, keep an eye on when reptile appears and farm his eyes by doing the necessary quests for quicker drop rates, keep playing faction wars and hope you get lucky enough to achieve a diamond from it. Other then that just keep trying packs and hope one might drop.

He is a fricking joke, Beating him to the pulp, and he just regenerate all your hard work. He isnt hard, he is just awful with all that heals. Imagine you beating final boss in Souls-Like game, and just straight up regenerate his health, negleting all your hard work. That's just a joke, and you just rage quit
