Challenge Packs never made sense. You will get those characters from challenges or when opening other packs later. If you have only a few fighters, gold pack is the way to go. They earn you the challenge cards in the long run.

Welp I grinded some more levels on fw and used some level ups I had so now my MK11 Scorpion is level 40. The goal is now to get all other characters on my team to level 30 at least before I go back to try fighting Jade.

Neither have a fatality, for Sub zero it has to be a diamond sub zero and you have to have both of Kuai Liang's special equipment to do it

They have brutalities, and it's been confirmed only diamond sub Zero can do the brutality. I believe for Shao Kahn you have to have his gear as well

Golden pj? I don't know who that is...the only way to access a fatality is in boss towers of battle mode

Fatality only works in Battle Mode, and that's for the characters that are required to be on your team.

Honestly, I'm happy with brutalities, but if there's going to be brutalities for multiple characters, add those equipment to the equipment pack....because now new players, even if they get a diamond sub zero, they can't do brutality because there's no real way to get Kuai's gear

I’d rather see fatalities. Like, you can unlock a certain fatality for a character and then if you deal the death blow to the final character, you perform a fatality with that character.
Almost like feats on strength. That and they have fatalities from the last three games they could do.

Klassic Liu Kang isn't really that good imo - he's just immune to debuffs and teammates cause cripple on tag-in.
The only thing I actually do like his tag-in cripple passive.

If you time it extremely right, you can tag out your character the same time stunt double is tagging in, which makes your character miss the stun, but the timing has to be perfect

Stunt Double Johnny Cage's stun can be avoided from certain passives and gears which provide resistances to it.
He's not really that deadly of an opponent tbh. He's one of the weaker golds.
