I keep switching out shao khan because I'm doing faction wars and everytime he gets countered it usually almost kills him

I'm using faction war's because it's the fastest way of leveling him up

Faction Wars is great for leveling up anyone tbh

If I’m being honest, I wouldn’t even use him in faction wars, if leveling up is the only objective, just put him in the back row with some other character that you want to level up, and put your strongest character as your starter
