I use Sub0, Smoke, Cyrax. Finished Normal like a breeze with refreshes. 140ish on Fatal.

Some refreshes only. Can't afford refreshes on both towers.

@tribal beacon I always put your Triborg up first despite it being F7. Smoke is F9 and Cyrax is F3.

I just freeze the opponent on Combo Ender and use SP1. Rinse, repeat.

When I'm pit against Assassin Jade, I just keep using basic attacks until she dies. Lol.

For this tower the best characters for it are:
Mk11 raiden - he basically stops boss from performing combo enders and hence brutalities
Jade: her healing for other mk11 characters is terminal
KLK/dark raiden: beneficial for boss battles in terms of non- stop dots
Inj2 raiden (and basically other power drainers) - his consistent power draining is a phenomenal perk in fighting snaring sf scorpion to terminate him first
Co Cassie - well she is very op in boss battles involving sf scorpion too for her cripple....
Yea those are the top characters for the boss battles in the tower

Hi @tribal beacon Yes, I finished that battle. KC Johnny, KC Sonya & Mk11 scorp saved me. Used Sonya to tag out jade & then it was possible to beat skarlet & kitana. Have blaze life force at f4 now, it worked as a charm

Kc team with mk1 jade is best for that level.. if you have blaze life fire.. if yes then wear your opener.. it reduce opponent health.

Basic attack boost equipment help to beat that level..

Honestly it's all about keeping SF Scorp from using SP2. If you have strong diamonds (FX) and strong tower equipment (F7 & up), it's doable in 2-3 tries. If not then use my strategy. Which is basically understand that until SF Scorp is dead you are gonna lose either by dying or time running out. Soo. Pummel him when he tags in and when he tries to hit his SP2 to regen just quit the game. You're taking the loss you were gonna take anyway but he doesn't get to regain health. Once I started this strategy it took me about 6-7 tries

@uncut salmon use IJ2 Raiden, he alone will help stop SF Scorps SP2 because of his constant power drain.

Combine him with BD Tremor and BD Kano and then you can use Tremor to cripple. Your way better off than me in terms of ways to complete it. I have done about 60 battles without defeating it yet

Also put power gen equipment on IJ2, like FX Storm Hat and FX Soul Medallion. That way it counter acts the dampening

How the heck do you pass this one? I’ve tried power, snare, KC red cards, all sorts of things. 10 tries so far. Terminator and Jade keep spamming SP2 even when isolated... and I’m only using basic attacks without combo Enders on Jade.

Regarding Fatal 180, unless some of the SRT equipment gives an incredibly large boost to the amount per second of Regen (averaging close to 50K/s for Boss SFSC), to be delicate, I'd say that it is "very unfair". 😠

If all of you have problems with opponent tag-out...

Use Weak Point Attacks in the Talent Tree + any character with Power Drain. Works like a charm.

And if you have a maxed Blaze's Life Force, that's a plus.

KC JC is the best for towers because he can power up his SP1 really quick and use it to power drain and snare opponents.

I don't have him at high fusion to use him on towers (only F6)

So I use Triborg team with Smoke, Sub0, and Cyrax (F7, F9, F3 respectively)

With my Triborg Smoke, all Triborg SP1 have power drain and hence have the chance to snare.

So I just pummel the bosses with combos and enders and charge my SP1 to rinse and repeat.

I wish I had maxed fusion Triborgs to make my Fatal tower easier.

I don't know how you did it, but for me the fatal tower 180 fight is impossible, even with the characters you advise me. The life of SF Scorpion never decreases, on the contrary it regenerates without stopping! He systematically brutalizes my characters, or he eliminates them in a single blow !!! However, my characters are all in X fusion (well especially my Gold, and 2 Diamand). It's very annoying and disheartening, especially so close to the end of the tower ...

Quit the game when he starts regenerating is one tactic...
Snare him with any power drainer then finish him first.power draining him won't allow him do even his sp1....
You could Co Cassie alternatively to cripple him so can't do sp...
In any scenario kill him first and trust me he is very killable

Use bd kano in the first position, then inj raiden and kc Johnny....
Kano is there to cripple and reduce attack damage when he does his combo ender... As soon as sf scorpion saves his associate, tag in inj2 raiden and snare him(I assume you are using weak point attacks) spam him with inj2 raiden sp2 and you can also tag in kc Johnny, for snare to via power draining with weak point attacks.....
Just make sure that before you tag out, you do a so that keeps sf scorpion at bay so he won't bring u back.....during your trial whenever you fail to stop him from using his sp2 just quit the game so you can start from where his health was.....@uncut salmon

Alternatively, I didn't have the characters you had,I had hanzo kc Sonya and klassic reptile...
I spam hanzo sp1 when he tags in, to save his team mate.... When I spam sp1 he remains stunned until my other team mate are on xtray while taking the time in to account too before I tag out... Once I do my xtray with other team mate the time finish...

Alternatively you could just use bd kano in place of inj2 raiden...his combo enders have cripple and weaken which is useful here....follow the normal strategy tag out terminator first.... Then everything else becomes simple.....
Use either strategy....
Your gear should be based on critical hit reduction, health and power boost....you are good to go.

Lmao by the time you snare him and face him first your opponent would have lined up xtray on you.... And it takes terminal luck for u to evade the xtray either by draining them or something.....
Either way, it only logical you tag him out first... Not only in this scenerio but in timed battles too....@upbeat flower

I will say Fatal 200 was much easier than my first attempt of 180. 200 took me 6 tried verses around 20 tries that 180 took lol. I'm curious to see if I can get 180 done this second time around quicker now that I know a good strategy.

I do wish their stats were a little more buffed for a diamond team. I admit for a gold tier they were op, but now as diamonds they kinda seem on the low end. If you have the points for it go with Moloch ball and chain. Chance for 100% power cost on SP2. I have it on my MK11 and it usually hits about once every 3-4 tries so far.

Hey everyone. I haven't had to much time toplay the towers so I'm a bid behind on most of you but I would like to discuss something. I finished the regular tower today (huuray! 🙂 ) and with my current team and the pieces of gear I've gotten along the way I can say it's almost boringly easy. I've played most of the tower until battle in the 120's with my mk 11 team which constist of scorpion and jade f1 and kabal f3. Afterwards I was losing to many battle so I switched to a stronger team. The fatal battle however is a different story. I would describe this one as 'unpleasantly difficult' or just plain unfun. I'm currently at battle 143 and I have tried it 2 or 3 times. The criteria of this battle: Lower power generation: dotd Kitana that heals, Klassic milane that heals and Jade that triggers 100% (5 out of 5) . Add to this a bunch of equipment that's better than what you have. What do you guys think: Is this tower to difficult or is the other one to easy?

Personally, on these enraged battles just throw in my f0 day of the dead jade with block breaking and power gen gear. Get a LOT of reflected x-rays by spamming her sp2. Hilarious to see a char with such weak stats doing so much dmg

And as I said, the regular tower is so easy it's kinda of boring. I can understand that the fatal tower isn't for me, that's cool in itself not every event should be for me. But give me a tower that is chalanging but fun and with rewards that actually help me improve.

Haha thanks 🙂 It might have been my state of mind as well. I got to 17x i black dragon tower and my team improved since then so I assumed it would be easier and I would get further (not finish it, but at least in the 18x's).

The equipment and gold rewards are good yes 🙂 It's just that the main prize is so usuless imo. I woudl rather have gotten 1 epic equipment instead of a diamond card for beating the normal one

That's why I find it strange how little relic hunts there are. If you just do you daily 3 battles, and assume that there is a relic hunt every quarter and you beat every tower of the relic hunt it will take 2,8 years to finish Shao Kahn.

Not only are the stipulations ridiculous, but on top of that, each enemy character has the same equipment maxed out... when that’s impossible for a normal player to do since you cannot have more then one type of equipment.... I feel that if they’re gonna make a tower challenge, make it within the rules of the game for all players, don’t be adding BS like that, which just makes thins unfair and ridiculously tough...

What I find stupid as well is that the equipment that is supposed to “help makes this easier” because of the effects and increase in both damage and health, are the same ones that the enemy is using... except that theirs repeats across all characters and they are maxed out... so your lvl 1 or 2 equipment is practically s#%t against the enemy’s equipment...

My last 23-25 rounds. At first I was going to wait it out until I fused some more SRT equipment, but after replacing AJ with KG, and using the technique of quitting when hearing SFSC say, "Arise!", I decided refreshing wouldn't be a waste of Souls for me to keep the momentum going of reducing his health bar. I bumped off KWSC and SFSC together that last round.

Also, my thoughts on brutality: honestly Brutality is kinda useless but hey I was able to do it 👍
(And I say that it is useless because I was able to beat Mileena anyway since she had so little health left), but this opinion is subjective. Brutality looked cool nevertheless.
