I am at 100% of both towers. That is@at level 64. The normal tower is quite easy. I would say mode or less like the BD normal tower. Instead I have a feeling that this Fatal tower is the most difficult up to now. I think that it will be near impossible for new players. For me it is good as it will be a challenge but I can already immagine all the complaints there will be. Anyhow the drop rates are still quite bad. I got 2 uncommon and 1 rare out of 126 battles (63+63).

in term of luck, i believe there's a ton of old player that share the same fate as u @native stirrup, for instance, me. i've only got 2 uncommon srt (from guaranteed stage) and 1 uncommon (from random drop) from a total of 144 battle (72 battle from both tower) so far. so it's just purely luck
but in term of beat-able, fatal is indeed only made for old player which have strong roster to fight the hella strong matches

Why so? Ronin Kitana is a beast with her crit. Sp1 power drain, sp2 good looking and almost always applying crit

60 took me 2 tries
80 took me 3 tries (couldve done it in 2)
100 took me 2 tries
Someone tested 80 with FX triborgs
The conclusion is there no way for golds to beat it in 1 go, unless u have a butt load of tower gears

Previously in BDT it costs about ~2K in souls to get a diamond. Now by making boss fights so difficult, it will cost about 3K in souls to get a diamond
