It is a@because it has the BD equipped maxed out and they are bosses. You also need characters that are very fast and that can keep spamming SP attacks so with high power generation. I am on my 9th run of the Fatal tower which I will complete on Saturday and on my 8th run I beat Fatal level 200 on@y first try in 1 minute 50 seconds.

Im more motivated to lvl them up if they have soms fusion or atleast decent stats in comparison. I look at the fusion and lvl as parallels. So i do have some characters that are like fusion 7 with lvl 10's and 20's and think 'nah lvl you a bit up to 30 40, thats where you should be'

This is my team i use in towers. Currently at 106 At fatal & 126 at normal. Should I be spending souls for refresh before the towers end. I ask this just to know do I jave thenchance of surviving further levels & it is worth the rewards for souls. Was thinking to save the souls for any upcoming sales. Suggestions please. Thanks

I'd say go forward, considering your amazing progress so far. The rewards you get, win or lose, in a random bout, can be worth far more than the paltry 50 or 100 souls expended per tower.

On 20th & 21st u can have 27 x 2 = 54 fights
On 22nd u might be able to do 9 fights
54 + 9 = 63 + 135 u r on = 198
Adding however many fights u can still have today - some battles that need more than 1 fights...

Ok, I managed black dragon fatal 180. Treacherous Tanya X 59, Spec Ops X 57, Kombat Cup Johnny Cage X 60, Tanya kobu jutsu blades X, living dead-1, blaze's life force X(questionable as bosses are immune to DOT), Scorpion (Shirai Ryu X, Suarian Armor X, Bound Demon X, Signet Ring X), Johnny, Sento Blade, Hockey Mask, and Subtle tattoo, all X). This is what eventually won, I had a lot of other tries that wore them down so this only finished the last two of the bosses.

Also, talent set is important
Make sure to max SP1 type boost like meditation and rapid response also weak point attack and teamwork

Went back to old faithful: KC JC, KC Sonya, A Tremor.
Old school, everyone else’s advice to use Shao Khan to finish off terminator, didn’t work, so stuck with what I knew.
A bit like 199, loads of videos out there on 199 using gold, but I am not have the same luck.
D Raiden, taken out with a number of hits either from Mileena or MK11 Scrop.
Recovery of D Raiden is not recovering fast enough and damage dealt is not very high either

On the BD team discussion, would definitely put Kabal top. The undodgeable aspect of his passive stands out given the prevalence of jade. Also, on the bleed, it’s not by chance. It’s applied whenever you hit 90% or more on sp1 whilst the opponent is stunned (as after an unblocked tag in). As a standalone BD char, his combo of undodgeable, snare and bleed has been a lifesaver for me in these towers.

I think outside the BD team, Kabal is the best. On the team, Kano benefits a lot and becomes flawless. Undodgable attack, cripple, weaken, bleed, starting power, damage boost, chance to stun, if he dies kabal does fatal blow.... He’s a monster.

I think it’s pretty over powered when I struggled to beat this one with maxed diamonds (didn’t have good equipment)
