I’ve been running 1h quests everyday for around 28 days since I started playing again or so. Not done a single one more than an hour though which is not good. Before bed you need to put an 8h- or 4 if youre an owl and when you wake up put them back to an hour for the day. Rinse and repeat and it’s a little over 400 a day
