I would go for the grand pack. The percentage for epic is 5 instead of 10 from the rare pack but you get 20 shots at it instead of 6. I think 20 is a better deal and somehow with crazy luck you could actually fuse 1 epic from 1 grand pack if your drops are really lucky.
