Stack up on souls by doing the nether realm quests that take up only one hour.
If you cant do those, try to do quests that take the least amount of time.
Try to focus on a particular diamond section. Like if you wanna do what I am doing, only get mk11 diamond packs to heighten your chances to get mk11 characters while getting only challenge gold characters

Then if you wanna get mk11 scorpion, then you will wanna focus on doing faction wars.

Try to maintain a rank that gets you the highest chances of getting him. It does alternate from time to time. But keep doing that routine.

I constantly shoot for grandmaster to increase my rare equipment so my characters can be mad strong.
