  1. Change the solo raids Dawn of Apocalypse and Rise of Krypton so that legendary characters drop at level 5 in these raids, similar to other solo raids.
  2. Change Batman Ninja Catwoman's passive so that when she blocks a special move, a third special move is not automatically activated. Instead, it will be free. This interferes with our strategies in League Invasions.
  3. Change Mr. Freeze and Killer Frost's passive so that their freezes bypass immunity in League Invasions as well.

They're nearly useless as their passives revolve around freeze
