When will the lucky wheel event be held? Is there a timeline for this?

Will it be held once a year at the end of the year, or is there a plan for it to be held every 3 or 4 months?

Wouldn't it be better for both the company and us if the content of the lucky wheel was slightly improved and held more frequently?
