Since the big holiday season is coming up again, how about introducing a vacation substitute feature?
Especially during vacations, you often have very little time or barely any internet connection at all. Additionally, the game isn’t really optimized for smartphones or similar devices.
Besides, everyone deserves to take a break from Ikariam once in a while! 😁
This would allow you to let a trusted player manage your account without sharing your login credentials. The vacation substitute could be managed through a dedicated section in the game lobby, so there would be no need to give out your password.
The vacation substitute access would automatically end as soon as the original player logs in again.
The vacation substitute would not have the right to:
-Delete the account
-Change the password
-Trade with their own account
-Initiate attacks
-Leave the alliance
-Demolish cities
-Cancel agreements (cultural, trade, etc.)
The vacation substitute could:
-Trade and transport resources
-Train troops
-Upgrade buildings
-Donate
-And more....
