Daily on road race rewards are gold keys, silver keys, bronze keys and usually something else. Daily off-road race I get a tier 3 filter for winning. Something wrong with that. Especially since it’s a kamikaze race in off-road!

@prisma sable it would be illegal for us to knowingly state a drop rate and not give that. The platforms; Apple and Google have a policy about accurate drop rates, as do Hutch. We would never lie about our drop rates or the cost of any given item in the game.
When something has a 30% chance that means that with every opening there is an independent 30% chance. Some players will get it on the first opening, others won't get it until their fifth - this is the nature of probability.
I set those crates up and have run thousands of simulated openings to validate the expected outcomes. We also check the actual outcomes that players get to check that it is as expected.

As Sir_Ian has seen, they have opened the off road crate 3 to 4 times and have not yet got a raptor truck but have gotten the same truck several times. if I personally do not have a problem with the off road chest because whatever amount of money I spend I make sure I get the raptor truck Sir_Ian🙂

I think the raptor head to head off road event will be held for 4 or 5 days bro, and you still have plenty of time to fusing your raptor to 5 star😁
from 3 to 4 stars it takes 24 hours and from 4 to 5 stars 36 hours, so the total time for fusing is 2 1/2 days and there are still 2 1/2 days left😆🤭 to get G_wagon

They said it is a part of game's physics and as for the interior thingy the game chooses the best setting according to your device's specs so what u and me see missing is because of lower LOD(Level Of Detail) of the models so as our device can run it and provide better fps.
I also have a potato device...the rear light of 2017 Ford GT is a bit pentagon instead of circle and many vehicles not having interior even.
Game automatically detects it , we can't change it manually.

Hi there, in the last 4X4 H2H event I probably raced close to 200 times. I noticed that on the 4 different tracks that each time I raced on any particular track (each time choosing the green level player on the far left) that it was the same player consistently each and every time. It got really old, really fast. Yes 4 different tracks and 4 different racers but same racer/same track probably 20 times in a row or more. Intentional or bug?

I lost a race in the Silverado-raptor h2h. Watched the advert, to able to rerace. But when the advert finished, instead of returning to the race i could see for 1 second the "resume race" page and right after the game gets frozen.
If i restart the game, the points are already deducted.
This is happend already 4-5 times, which cost me 17+35 points each and every time.
Any chance for compensation?

how big are the steering “hit boxes” (the area of the screen where you press to steer left or right)
are they jus as big as the buttons/icons, or do they extend further?
I ask because i play on an iPad pro on one of my accounts, and because of the bigger size of the screen, sometimes I’ve encountered an issue where if I’m not carefull enough i end up pressing slightly outside of the on-screen turn buttons, and because of this, the car doesn’t turn, and i end up messing my run.
since there’s nothing else going on at the bottom of the screen, in terms of controls, i was wandering if the “hit box” could be enlarged (without necessarily making the buttons visibly larger), so that these type of issues never occur.

You can tap anywhere within them.
The visual diamond buttons you see on the HUD are just to indicate roughly where to touch.

When the race doesn't start, do you see an error message displayed on the screen or does the game exit back to the Android home screen? Does this happen after you've watched an advert for a ticket? And it's not a problem with the Wi-Fi.

So...I went to go race in the current D event that was calling for a D chevy or subaru when i spent the 100 gold to enter, and was stopped dead in my tracks because its now calling for a 2014 chevy camaro or a subaru prz. I had been racing the chevy k5 blazer and gotten through the first 13 races when hutch decided to change the requirements in the middle of the event. Can I get my gold back since the vehicle I've been racing in the event is all of a sudden not allowed to be used?

Hi @coarse bronze, Hutch_Bob has made a balancing fix for that particular off road daily race for our next release. We've also changed the logic for daily races so that it will cycle to the next daily race in the list after each attempt, rather than after each win. Thanks!

On-road cars cannot race against people now, so avoid racing their fast times.
If the owners of those on-road cars try to race, they will be forced to use one of their off-road cars now.

I found something quite disturbing. When finding an opponent in h2h, you have to choose from 3 players. Sometimes it show the same players for 6+ races. This could end up farming the same player until he-s out. Even though he might have a chance. I think there could be an exception for the opponent roll if he was allready chosen once, he might be omited for 2-3 races. Is it understable what i was saying? 🤔

I mean if u have another apple IPhone / IPad and they are not models such as: IPad 3rd generation / IPad 2nd generation / IPad first genearation or: IPhones bellow iPhone 6. You can restore data from your old device to your new one by getting your phone charger and plugging it in to your pc. After that, hold the power button and the home button until you see the iTunes logo or a laptop picture. Then install ITunes on your PC or Mac. After that, just wait a while until you can use your device again while it’s plugged in. You need to log in to your Apple ID before you can do it. So after that step your pc is gonna request access from your phone to your pc. Now unplug the iPhone and make sure it’s charged. Now keep your iPhone or iPads close to each other and your old iPhone / iPad will tell you to show a picture on your new iPhone / iPad so it can know what iPhone / iPad to put all the data in. After that just sit and relax till it’s done.

@raven spindle yeah, something isn’t right, if @ripe charm has already maxed his GWag to 5*, he should be able to complete the ladder; also, his screenshot once again shows a disparity on PP between the tier S and tier A that makes no sense... it’s the same Type of inconsistency i pointed out the other day, with the K5 Custom having higher PP than superior tier vehicles... seems to be a visual bug though, as the stats on the tier S are indeed higher... but the PP score is lower than the tier A truck.
For this grading system to be a consistent one, we expect that higher tier vehicles always show a higher PP score...
... but if this goes beyond a simple number representation, and it in fact affects the performance of the vehicle, then i think this needs to be corrected ASAP, as tomorrow we start the last stage of this off road phase (X-Class Custom), something that we’ve been building upon for over a month now.
You can’t just screw it this way at the very end, please.

The ladder has no cheats obviously, but why are some people able to get from A to Z with little problem but i can't get within 6-8 car lengths from the #1 guy! It's just like racing in the Offroad daily bonus.......can't even get close to the leader! Rediculous!

I don't participate in the races anymore! All i do is get my 500 trophy points and call it quits! Too many people getting endless gold! Nobody in their right minds would or could afford to theow away such money on a game!

Heard that! In one of the off roads I has testing the algo and for 10-15 races I raced all out, and the re-race was 40g. Then I dumped 3-5 races in a row and lost by 20-30 sec and the re-race cost went to 10 stayed 10g the rest of the event. Of course I went through a ton of gold and 1-4 were 3000 points clear of the few on the positive side the rest we’re locked at -500. Could just make the vehicles $75-$100 bucks and let the racers actually get to race! Get’s annoying missing the first hour or two of an event pay to get in and the same guys have an uncatchable lead and 75% of the racers are a few hundo in the red with no chance of seeing positive points!

@slender scarab ,what's wrong with these 2 mercy cars, even though AMG GT cars are rare and have a high PP from AMG C 63. this is the same thing as BMW M4 and BMW M2, the difference in power is AMG GT and AMG C 63 35 points. The point AMG C 63 is better than AMG GT 👍

@loud river at first i thought the same... but if you look closer, he then was presented with the option to pick this same player (kevin) later on, and yet the old time (21:002) was once again displayed... instead of the actual 19:919 that his ghost did, meaning that the theory of the other player (kevin) maybe improving his ghost in between the time @sullen tree started the first race and finished it, is highly unlikely (not to say impossible), because for that to be the case, the time should have been updated by the second time he was presented with this same opponent.
This is a serious issue. If we start noticing that ghosts are 3 seconds faster than their “advertised” time, we’ll feel like the game is tricking us into picking harder opponents, to force us to lose.

( however the only thing i can think off is there is counter bug [i have encountered the counter bug] or he messed around with his device time which can result in this issue)

Under normal playing conditions you can watch ten ads, one per hour, each giving a free ticket. There is then a ten hour cooldown period. If players are fiddling with their phone clock, they will get a server error if they try to claim a free ticket before the allowed time.
I'm looking at the code now, and there might be a potential issue if the ten hour cooldown period crosses midnight, but I'm going to have to check that with the server engineers tomorrow morning. It's possible that the ten hour cooldown period maybe slightly longer in that case. If it is, I'll make sure it's fixed asap.

In a 36 hour event you can use 36 free tickets... that is my understanding... and I have tested it few times as well.

@coarse bronze not sure if this is your department but this bugs need addressing asap: Custom X comes 5* so it should not require stage 4 parts instead it should need stage 5 parts and when fused to 6* it should require stage 6 parts .... like every other vehicle in this game.
Here is a reference for you 4* maxed vehicle tier S again needs stage 4 part once its fused to 5* it will need stage 5 parts

Custom K5 also came with a fuse already finished, but needed Stage 4 and then Stage 5 parts to finish upgrading

The Stage Resources relate to the Upgrade stage:
-Stage 4 upgrades use Stage 4 Resources
-Stage 5 upgrades use Stage 5 Resources
-Stage 6 upgrades use Stage 6 Resources
The restriction is that you can't get to the higher stage until you Fuse the car and increase its star ratings

I also think custom X class should have been in tier A not tier S ... like K5 was in tier D and custom K5 was tier B so if we followed the same rule custom X should only jump from tier C to tier A not tier S really. (again this is my opinion)

Hey rebel, I've had a quick look at this and I'm not sure I can see a bug (although it's possible I'm missing something). When on Stage 4 you need stage 4 resources - regardless of the star rating of the car.

Part of the reasoning for that was so that we had a better spread of off road cars across the tiers. They're all pretty debatble as to where they should sit to be honest. By having two cars in each tier it gives us the option of doing Custom X-class vs AMG G63 type events later down the line.

Your concern is heard mate and I do think it has some validity. But being completly frank I dont think this is likely to change for the custom X-class as the next build is already in the oven. We want to move onto newer cars/tracks/environemts/event types for the next release.

Fusion is not the same as upgrading. You can Fuse a fusable car at any point, even without any Upgrades applied to it.
When you Fuse to a higher star rating you are improving the maximum available performance, you still need to actually upgrade the Car to that next Stage.

I can’t even comprehend my experience in this off road event. I feel like I have 10+ pics and vids of how much this event has been jacked up! Moved from bracket to bracket go to sleep in 9th with 14 racers wake up 30 spots down and 50+ drivers appear and all ahead. My first race all three I have faster times, the points are ridicules so I have zero chance at top 9 I pick the fastest car my first race today and with over 10 races with 8 and below points I get a +14 to race against I get blown out twice I lose 9 points and he gets 17 points! Just end the event and fix you game

Too many bugs. Too many attempts at changing things that weren't broken in the first place instead of trying to fix what actually is broken. If you want to compete at a high level or actually any decent level at all it costs WAY too much money. Yes it cost money and time to develop this game and yes it takes money to maintain servers and perform upgrades but this, sadly, is another "money suck" purely based on greed that doesn't even work properly most of the time. Super frustrated, it's a shame because it could be a great game but you're not getting a dime more of my money, I'm out!

Last night I ran 2 races in the Off Road PVP match up. I won both of those races. My PVP points prior to the race was 248. But instead of my points being raised to 265, they were lowered to 211 and 212. Luna already awarded me 100 coins for the mishap. However I do feel that that was in "NO WAY" an appropriate compensation for the wrong doing!!! I feel that I should be awarded the Mercedes X class Custom for the miscarriage of justice. And at least 1 other "Cutom Car". Which in my opinion should be the Ruff R35 S custom. Anything else would be blatantly show of disrespect towards me!!! And a slap in my face!!!

Hey @slate oasis I'm not seeing anything wrong with this screenshot. Your time was 18.968. Two players raced against it, RebelRacer449782 and RebelRacer918796 and got faster times, 18:860 and 18:909, so you recorded two losses. Are you saying that 18.968 wasn't your time?

Do not get me wrong ... I appreciate the approach and thinking behind this system ... but I would say whilst this is a positive and welcoming approach from Hutch this needed to be tested at a larger scale.... before launch.... 🙂
Giving 2 points to racers and then taking away 13 points in one go is just not right... all i see it is favouring the spenders / fully maxed cars guys ...
I requested Ian some information to how and what is the pattern of us losing points .. but i never got a reply on that either hence no way I can work out my strategy....

We turned off the opponent name banner above the cars in H2H races in this release @slate oasis . Hutch_Graham is reworking the HUD and the position of the rebel points banner as part of a new feature coming in a future release.

@worldly knot I just ran the GWagon 5* against a G Wagon 6* with the same AI and same upgrades and the 6* is faster. I'm not sure why that's not showing up in PP

Why is this so hard for people to understand? Those losses and wins are from when other people try to race against you! They either beat you or lose! Of course, if they beat you, you LOSE points! If they lose, you GAIN points!
The race history isn’t just when you are on and playing. It shows u who and when someone races you!

with the "race history" we can find out who stole our points and we can revenge by stealing the points as well, that is the real competition between players in our brackets 😎
Make the last best time on each track so you will never lose your points, instead your point will multiply 👍

Everyone knows how the system works as we all been playing this for long enough to know the basics... The issue discussed is related to point system distribution and the match up algorithms along with the struggle of an average player to progress.... which is being addressed now i am guessing .... In the meantime everyone is posting with the new issues as we come across....this is actually going to help Hutch.... Hope this clear things for you .... Happy racing 🙂
