#Strange noise and not turning on new saber

Hmm.... did you try swapping the battery with a known charged one to see if it also gives that noise? Right now it sounds like 1 of 2 things. Battery isn't charged and plugging in the charger isn't providing enough power to properly oprate the amp (which is less likely if this was the behavior out of the box) or it's the amp itself that has failed in some way, in which case it would need to be replaced.
For a first step at resolution, I would reach out to The Saber Company (they aren't known for being good with post purchase support) and see if they will send you a new core.
Alright. Thank you so much
if they go uncooperative with you, come on back and we'll help figure out a solution.
You’re so kind, thank you
I plugged it into a higher power charger and it said “charging” but with a bit of distortion to it still
Gonna let it charge and see what it does
always a good idea, it's the first step in any saber troubleshooting, confirm the battery is full.
