The middle like diamond pattern part fell off along with the control box and I have no idea what to do the screws are like loose in the control box and I fell like they aren’t even long enough to go back in

screw holes might have stripped, can you gimme a pic of the screw holes from a couple angles, close and as clear as you can.

drill a larger hole and retap to a larger screw sadly is the only way. That or you can chance using strong adhesives, but I really don't advise it. I would reach out to where you bought it from first before attempting anything though.
