i would reach out to the retailer you bought it from and see what they say. if factory reset didn't change anything, it makes me think there could be a wiring issue somewhere. they may replace it under warranty or they might have seen it before and have a specific solve

also possible someone else with some xeno experience could pop in here, but i'm not quite sure what else to try having never used one

yeah, i'd start with ali

it's possible it could be a blade issue, but hard to know since you only have one blade

could always email darkwolf too and say you got the blade from him and ask if he thinks it could be a blade issue
