The part wont come off and i need to take out the battery its a xenopixel of luke Skywalker's saber

Looks like you removed the set screw, is there a switch on the opposing side?

With the set screw removed, try pushing in the switch/button and it'll be able to slide out @potent ledge

right, just wanted to confirm there was one on the opposing side.

I was able to remove it by twisting the button
