First question is, do you need to. What was broken? Maybe just need to connect the lower chassis to the existing install?

As far as I can tell one of the buttons isnt fucntional

So I need to get into this bit at least and replace the board the button is attached to however it is held by this screw

And I can’t see anywhere that I could reach to unscrew it

I haven't seen a disassembly video of this particular hilt. Your vendor should be able to provide one even if they get it from TXQ
