Here is a video i made on replacing the speaker. I would open it up and take a look for any issues with the wires connecting the speaker first, but you probably need a new one. https://youtu.be/E9lGk1Cw-MI?feature=shared

I moved the speaker from my other saber core to that once to see if it’s the speaker and still nothing

I’ve had two mess up on me soo for one got really hot and a resister fell of the board

And one doesn’t make any sound or turn on when I out the micro sd in
