My SN Pixel v4 saber for some reason isn’t lighting all the way to the tip and is instead leaving a 4 inch space at the top where there’s no light. Anyone got any ideas why this is happening?

It comes default with a 32” configuration - for my 2 button setup I wanna say it’s 3 button presses while powered on but blade off on the ignition switch. Or you can connect it to the app and set length to 130 in Parameters.
