I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, I’ve double checked my wiring and I think it’s right, I put the config file on and it works cause when I plug it into the computer it works just fine but wont light up and work properly if I disconnect from the computer and put in the battery. Help would be much appreciated

Also I know my wiring sucks but I’m just double checking to make sure everything works before I put it all in where it’s supposed to be
It will be nice and organized once I get this working
Get it nice and organized now. It's exponentially easier to identify issues with wiring when it's neat and done properly.
It's really hard to tell what's going on, here. However, I'd start with your kill switch. To wire the kill properly, the positive from your battery needs to go to one post. End post or middle, doesn't matter, but let's say the middle. Then another lead is soldered to one of the end posts. That goes to wherever you are splicing you positive leads together. The other end post remains empty.
So, the kill switch always has a lead in the middle and one end, with one end free. Does that make sense?
Also here's a tip for positive leads. Any unused positive pad on your hilt side pixel PCB can be used for a positive lead. Since all the positive traces connect, it is like splicing them together.
Assuming your pixel PCB has 3 positive pads, you can go battery positive to the kill, then kill to the pixel PCB, board positive to the pixel PCB, and crystal chamber LED positive pad to the pixel PCB. Now, all of those are connected and you don't have to deal with splicing and heat shrink.
