Some BTS of the saber training for the fight from Jacinto’s insta
Nice. I'm pretty sure I saw a post from Katie McDonnell that she was the Kel Dor, Ithia Paan
watched some of his vids for Lego star wars info at the time i think? he seemed like a prety decent YTber
Thats where I heard that name! Yeah, he seemed like a cool dude.
From the star wars website
He doesn't fight fairly
😉
I got beef with this statement for now.
Does he though? The only time he really turns off his saber is when there’s a lull in the battle
He made use of a concealed weapon. That's not Trakata.
He's definitely the type to use it for sure, though.
unless they're counting using cortosis to shut opponent's sabers off as trakata for some reason?
I have to imagine this is in reference to something we haven't seen yet.
^
Trakata
Thats what I mean. Trakata, iirc, refers to a fighting style where you switch the blade off and on to disorient and deceptively strike your opponents. I didn't see any of that in the Ep 5 duel. So, I imagine this informative tidbit will be confirmed correct in a later episode or something. We haven't seen Trakata proper yet.
Agreed.
Someone said he did it during the fight with the nameless fodders
but I couldn't see any moment of it
Unless his helmet is considered reverse Trakata for turning off his opponent's blades and striking deceptively.
Wait.
yooooo mister Door?
Oh my Force.
This might actually be the explanation they're running with.
I FUCKING CALLED IT
Like, it's definitely weird.
But the Cortosis-based combat style that Qimir employs involves turning off blades and striking when the opponent is helpless, only instead of his own blade, he manipulates the blades of his opponents.
Oh my Force.
all the articles talking about Trakata mention how "oh isn't it weird that Qimir can shut off lightsabers?"
Cruise, you're a genius.
and it would be seen as fighting incredibly dirty, neither a sith nor jedi would probably like it
It's not even classical Trakata.
This guy is so untraditional that he took the most off-book form of lightsaber combat and went even more off-book.
makes it even more of an F U to both sides then if he's a regular darksider
Dude is literally trolling classical lightsaber combat.
Cin Drallig would detest this guy so fucking strongly.
honestly? I kinda like the idea of cortosis being used to bolster Trakata movesets
I do too. It's new, it's clever, it speaks to the ruthlessness of the user.
Dude, Qimir's style of Trakata combined with the more traditionally known form of Trakata would be devastating.
But it's still not Trakata... It's just cortosis.
If you go off of the purest principles of Trakata. It is, by technicality.
Using cortosis offensively might be what it is
I mean trakata really only has 3 official movesets
- deceptive
- disorienting
- involves the deactivation of sabers
- strike when the opponent is helpless
Qimir's style does all of that.
I can dig it.
It's definitely unusual, and perhaps it can't be called true Trakata.
But it is still, to a degree, Trakata.
which makes Yord's complaint of "He doesn't even follow the rules of combat!" even funnier
I feel like that's also funny because it's Yord.
He literally bent the rules of the most rule-breaking combat form.
Guys, all of this is making me like this show even more.
Someone needs to make a YouTube video about this.
oh god imagine Qimir using all this and then having a fuckin Force-speed boosted iaijutsu
Man, if there's a final duel in this show, it's going to be insane.
Apparently the final duel is apparently insane
Was that the one they were saying would top the TPM one?
If we get a duel that's Pure Tradition vs Pure Innovation, it might actually be as insane as they're hyping it up to be.
The most rigid, dogmatic of the Jedi forms against the most off-the-wall, rule-bending form of lightsaber combat the Jedi have seen in years.
This feeling right now? Anticipation and speculation and realization? This is why I love Star Wars.
I love Star Wars because silly space wizards, but I feel you
I mean, also this, haha.
I'm a simple man. Glowing light sword go brrr, my eyes are glued.
Wait this conversation broke my brain actually I did not expect to make a realization like this today.
My brain had enough wrinkles to match Cruise's big brain for a few moments and now I'm smooth-brained again.
I'm not actually that big brain, it's more likely the 🍃 talkin
I just really like Coyote Monday
https://x.com/Ky1eKatarn/status/1806411939645714705
I explained last week's twitter nonsense to my dad. His takeaway was
"who is coyote monday and what does his birthday have to do with his head shape?"
How has no one else figured this out yet??
I think either people have, they don't know what trakata or cortosis is, or they're trakata purists
This is what the Force Netherworld looks like.
also, glad they were told from the start. always sucks for the actor when it comes as a surprise the day they walk on set. https://x.com/starwars/status/1806393714186584372
"It’s always an honor to get to witness anything or anyone transform into the Force."
For more with Charlie Barnett and Dafne Keen: https://t.co/LPws4L8Q9E #TheAcolyte
took me a minute to realize who this was supposed to be about
Oh that's great!
I just got it, haha.
I'm still not getting it. I used up all my brainpower on the previous conversation.
Coyote monday = Ki-Adi Mundi
with a southern accent probably
I had to say it out loud really fast to get it.
His birthday is one thing.
But y'all were bringing his CEREAN HERITAGE into the conversation??
That's spacist.
“I really wanted to tell a story about the Sith,” explains Headland
Long live the Sith
I just don't think that wearing armor counts as a combat style
using the armour as a weapon might though.
There's a difference between "this helmet can block attacks!" and "I'm going to headbutt a saber to turn it off"
historical counterpoint:
I mean if he knows it can shut off lightsabers temporarily, and swings both his head and wrist gauntlets towards lightsabers in order to shut them off and gain an upper hand, that sounds like using armor as a combat style?
Great quote my friend once gave me:
"Wearing" and "wielding" are two different things.
Qimir is still moving offensively with defensive pieces in order to deliberately shut off his opponents' lightsabers.
The wiki puts it nicely. "Tràkata was a form of lightsaber combat developed for taking advantage of a lightsaber's ability to be turned on and off,"
Does it matter whose lightsaber you're turning off? 😛
All of Trakata's listed moves involve turning off your own saber because that's all that's been explored.
There's no rule that says it has to be your own saber.
Qimir's arms activated many lightsabers
I mean based on reactions in this very chat...
Probably? Do we have to remind you of your own posts? 😆
Okay we're stopping that here lmaoooooooooo
my apologies
[Jedi mind trick motion] you never saw Nonemi horny posting.
Thanks, blocked
Real
Bro isn't this the Martian manhunter actor?!
It is, he's also been in Dr. Who and Alan Wake 2
Tenebrous was a Bith, correct? Is Plagueis still a Muun, or is that no longer canon?
Might be Canon in a source book or something
Considering how often the Sith kill each other, I wouldn't be surprised if this guy precedes them both.
Thats probably most likely. I'm more curious than anything.
the source listed for his species in the canon article is the TTRPG sourcebook, which isn't canon but also isn't Legends either so it's still up in the air and they could change it.
Tenebrous is only mentioned by name in a magazine in current canon.
In canon, Plagueis is a Muun
if Plagueis is still a Muun, and they don't alter Muun lifespan from Legends, this is well within his lifespan (especially Force-extended) so at the very least Tenebrous should be active at this time.
Don't know what source but wookieepedia has him as a Muun, but Tenebrous is just a name (maybe Plagueis's master status is canon too)
it's a RPG sourcebook which are questionable.
It's a similar situation with Revan, only the name is known but not their gender
the only source listed on Wookiepedia for his species is the non-canon non-Legends "Star Wars: Force & Destiny" TTRPG Endless Vigil sourcebook
So it's more up in the air, but I'm sure some folks have some very strong opinions, I take it.
So very small tier reference
there is no hard canon source for him being a Muun still
I think Headland would care that Plagueis is a Muun though
he's pictured as a Muun in the lego star wars game, which also is up for debate lol
Same with Tenebrous as a Bith, but I could also excuse Tenebrous not being a Bith
I'm sort of anticipating how bad the meltdown is going to be if they use either name, and it's a Human, since there's not concrete canon sources.
that's good enough evidence for me lol
They're purists, so immaculate rage
I wonder if Qimir is like, a Sith offshoot or something.
Yeah, that sounds about right.
I personally don't care if Tenebrous isn't a Bith because it might be difficult to make a Bith Sith menacing in live action
Not a Banite, but somehow still a Sith?
Muun should not be hard to look menacing
Qimite sith
I mean, anyone can find some Sith relics and start doing Darkside stuff and call themselves Sith.
It'd certainly be a can of worms to open, but if Qimir is descended from survivors of the great Sith war who don't go under the Rule of Two, and the Banite Sith exterminate him...
I would like if there was a story with like 4 Sith running around and they are trying to prove who's the more Banite
That'd be the new "how many jedi survived order 66"
people start cults all the time without any connections to another, it doesn't HAVE to be linked to the ancient orders
I still think he's being setup for a Knights of Ren origin
same bracer, similar helmet, similar biceps
and the line "a Jedi like you would call me Sith" not "I AM a Sith!!"
Disney gave us the answer to that and it was "holy shit that's a lot of dudes"
yeah lol
I just don't want to hear it for the next 10 years lmao
Honestly non baanite sith makes more sense than the amount of surviving Jedi
they should have no knowledge of the Banite Sith, as they keep themselves hidden until Palpatine does his thing
but they know of the banite sith
Because Yoda knows
the Jedi might know
rando dudes doing Dark side shit somewhere in the giant galaxy might/should not
(unrelated) Netflix just asked me if I was still watching... It was mid episode
No like, what if a Banite Sith had 2 apprentices, the two tried to kill each other and failed but couldn't confirm the kill (kinda like how Osha and Mae both assumed the other was dead) and the Sith who was assumed dead continues the Banite tradition too
Give me a sith It's always Sunny
I honestly think it makes more sense for there to be more Sith than surviving Jedi from order 66 especially if they decided to make off shoots kinda like a witch coven
Banite Legacy: We're the last line of Sith from before the Great Sith Wars.
Qimir's Legacy: Nuh-uh.
Banite: Wh— FUCK YOU MEAN "NUH-UH"??
I made a story concept called the 4 Sith War back in high school as a way to have the Sith in a Story before Phantom Menace while also retaining some kind of conflict
That's what I was thinking when I typed that last message
I don't know that I agree. Order 66 worked because it was basically a masterfully orchestrated point attack, cutting 99% of the Jedi down in one fell swoop, but only 1 group was looking to kill the Jedi. The Sith have been fought and defeated by both the Jedi, and themselves. If there were offshoots and splinters, I'd imagine whoever the current Sith Master is would be able to sense it, or figure it out, much like Sidious came after Maul and Savage.
Qiminions: Bruh, we just ran into like 5 different other cults claiming to be sith and trying to hire us
Banites: WHAT
that is what they did in the EU
they hunted down offshoots and eliminated them
this brings up a question to me: would there be people trying to capitalize off of sith infamy a la how people pretended to be jedi during the empire?
(Post sith "extinction" of course)
Interesting idea, I would say probably
Yupe Tashu in the Aftermath books was someone who was a Sith Cultist, and then there's the Acolytes of the Beyond, also in the Aftermath books
Like in the High Republic era? I don't know. If I were a standard, non force sensitive criminal, I wouldn't want to come off in a way that would attract the Jedi. That'd be like a petty thief trying to avoid the cops by pretending to be a serial killer.
I get what you're saying but I think this works well for Sidious because he's shown to be super force sensitive and Maul is directly linked to him if there's splinter groups that weren't directly connected (especially if they weren't Baanite) then it'd be easier to remain undetected
I mean could say the same thing about being a jedi during the empire, with inquisitors out and about?
Thats true, I suppose. It's an interesting concept either way.
Qimir could probably be someone who encountered old holocrons and trained himself in Sith traditions while not being a Banite
But the Jedi didn't hide out as Grandmasters or anything. They tried to be the most boring, mundane people. They only still acted as Jedi at times because their conscience wouldn't let them do otherwise.
Oh wait
I misread your post
I moreso meant people like Kumail's character in Kenobi
Yeah, him. That's true, and the Empire are much more ruthless than the Jedi.
Thats a very good point.
at the very least if you're pretending to be sith, there's a chance at survival
Yeah there's probably some Sith grifter out there but by 900 years later, the Sith are such an esoteric religion that no one would care
Jedi would be more likely to spare you, and could probably tell right off the bat that you're not force sensitive
Also, wasn't there someone in Legends who trained themselves off of sith holocrons and became a dark lord? Was that Krayt?
If that's who I'm thinking, then obviously he's different than Qimir because he had Jedi training too
I didn't know this happened in the EU, but this could very well be what we're seeing.
I wouldn't be surprised if we do see Tenebrous or Plagueis—as Qimir's killer.
I'm like 80% sure that's where this is going, and that one or both of the twins will "show promise" and accompany the true Sith.
Bro if either of the twins become a Sith, we will not hear the end of this
We? idk bout you but I've cleansed my feed of starchuds
I should probably do more of that lol
one sec
I can't confirm that they aren't...
Also Nonemi to Qimir
Seven don't break the misinfo narrative
but i collect receipts
Calm down SWT/j
I'm gonna hit you with bricks and screws /j
156 of those are about Qimir's arms.
The other half is just me being stupid.
Gotta pump up those numbers
Nah because I want a good chunk of my messages to be about "The Knight and The Wizard", the SW fanseries I started writing.
Bro does not want finger muscles like Qimir

Why are y'all 👀ing my Knight and Wizard comment.
Wtf Seven LMAO
Holy wall of text, but also, mood.
I'd rather be here calling out people being horny than watch the presidential debate
respect
we need to make sure nonemi is properly hydrated for the next episode
Oh you're a Nonemi fan, name every time he was horny for Qimir
I saw something really funny on remnicore's Instagram
I'm watching a K-drama... These characters who've supposedly been married for over 3 years act so awkwardly around each other
You know what's funny is this is nowhere close to peak horny.
i am now updating the Transformers Wikia.
Y'all should've seen me when Kamisato Ayato was released in Genshin Impact.
I was so bad they made me a verb.
I AM NOW A JEDI KNIGHT RAHHHHH
gg
fun fact, in 2010 the US Air Base in Guam sent out a phishing scam email to test their airmen's secruity prowress. unfortunately, the phishing email said the base was gonna film Transformers 3 there. the email leaked outside of their network and thousands of people started applying and sending in their personal info
the security exercise was immediately stopped https://www.postguam.com/news/local/movie-deal-false-alarm/article_ce7aa728-3c16-516a-ba1a-1a24acdf2ca3.html
What the fuck lmao
Chair force be dumb
I am no longer in the server where this happened because one person ruined it for everyone else.
Otherwise I'd show screenshots.
But yeah if y'all think my reaction to Qimir is bad, you're utterly deluded fools.
I literally talked about this in #starwars too so y'all have already seen it.
doesnt surprise me. IT managers where i work fall for the phishing test emails all the time
You say that as if I haven't already. But nah I'm restraining myself, because I've simped harder.
Haven't met a video game character or an anime character in a while that's caught my attention though.
It is bad... Just because it could be worse doesn't mean it's good 😂
Oh I'm not saying it's good now.
I'm saying that you all have yet to brave the storm.
There's one thing keeping me at bay with Qimir: Facial hair.
Yeah it's not good
I'm gonna be so fr facial hair is a huge turnoff I'm not sorry Obi-Wan fans. Talk to a wall.
"Shaved Obi Wan is babyfaced" OKAY AND??
I don't mind facial hair... Qimir's is just bad
I just don't like facial hair in general.
I like beards but I usually shave because I hate to take care of it
And it itches if it's too big
Beards are cool, but I just.
My face is right fucked right now because I forgot to change blades before shaving
Wow we're getting real deep here but uhhh in a serious relationship, I want intimate contact, ya'know?
So I'm just not attracted to facial hair.
Satine Kryze said it best: "it hides too much of your handsome face".
Still no one said her name in live action
Thats Duchess Satine to you
😭
too soon
IT'S NEVER TOO SOON.
Cate Blanchett playing her in live action?
Yord's would be twisted
The amount of thirst I've seen for The Stranger is insane lol
Jecki's is holepunch
People are down bad
Hey that's my line!
Yeah, you saw me.
Y'all need to get laid
gotta give it time
that's the fresh cut ends jabbing at your skin
takes about 6 weeks to mellow out
Kelborn is Kelbeard??
the acolyte “isn’t popular” yet the sith lord helmet sold out within like thirty minutes on hasbro’s website oh okay LMFAO
Damn wow
If I keep my beard and hair long I'd look like Oscar Isaac with more hair and beard
Qimir Crew? Really Twitter? Lame.
I've done it before. mine lasts longer than 6 weeks, like a lot longer
ya I either get called "Duck Dynasty" or Amish lmao
Qimir Qrew
Anyways, Qimir's shoulders were enough to make The Acolyte's popularity skyrocket.
So I'm not surprised.
also helps to use hair care products specifically for facial hair, and hydrate with oil/balm
On a more serious note, in terms of the writing, Qimir is by far my favourite character due to his characterization.
hell yea. I got called amish in highschool until people realized amish didnt have mustaches
I love his twisted, sadistic, nonchalant personality in contrast to his ruthless fighting style.
Honestly Popular is a relative term for something as big as Star wars and it could be any number of things causing the helmet to sell out including a super limited stock assuming people wouldn't want Darth teeth helmet
Him and Sol for me
"I just want to be free..."
Said the guy with a red lightsaber after murdering a Padawan.
I'm still Team Sol
they couldn't even get funding for the Reva saber with only 1400/5000 backers on HasLab lol
Like if he wasn't commiting murders he's probably actually free and not being attacked
Yeah that Reva saber run was sad
Too pricey for what it offered and didn't get enough
He weirdly reminds me of Scar from Wuthering Waves lmao
"I just wanna spend time with you, Rover~"
Said the guy in red who helped kidnapped a dragon and turned into demon-like goat beast to blast you with fire.
if someone would figure out a spinning inquisitor saber, thatd prob sell like hotcakes
You can figure it out. It's, not going to be cost effective
yea, i guess i shouldve added that part in there. Figure out an affordable spinning saber lol
They did that once but it was hand-operated and not automatic.
didn't Makoto Tsai do one?
I wonder how Disney will handle Qimir's lightsaber.
Make it extra thick
Thiccccccccccccc
For some reason I'm still expecting a heel turn
From the sisters. To the opposite sides
I get called Jesus/JohnWick or terrorist. 😠
I get called gay
We know
See what I mean
You're welcome here
I mean, so do I.
We respect everyone here
Oh
Fuck all of you
😔
🖕🖕
YUHHHHHHHH
😭
I've gotten Duck Dynasty as well. Though, mostly I get dudes in Lowe's complimenting it, then immediately asking my wife if she likes it, haha.
I feel like if the answer was no you wouldn't have it
If the answer was no, she wouldn't be my wife, haha. I've had a beard since well before I met her. I wasn't going to change for someone, so I waited until I found someone who liked it 😊
Is that show still going?
Whaaaat? I love the facial hair
Its a tradition at this point that prequel era content goes to the villains
Put your torture devices away
I say this as someone who doesn't like facial hair that much, I think he pulls of his facial hair
These things suck and their only benefit is not getting taken by TSA
I just needed an image of a razor, man.
No such action will be taken.
I haven't been clean shaven for almost 20 years. I trim and shape, and oil after showers, but I haven't shaved in forever.
I'll bet. I just trim mine when it gets too long, usually signified by either collecting foal when drinking beer from a glass, or getting caught in the tab of aluminum cans.
Moustache is the part of my facial hair I hate the most
Too hard to shave
I agree. In general. For my whole face 😆
Just use a lightsaber
Works for haircuts so why not 😂
General Grievous ahh razor
Just like how Mae did it
Oh, didn't you hear? That was the dumbest thing ever put to film, and Star Wars is so bad it crawled put of the screen, traveled back in time, and killed my childhood pet /j
Some are getting mad at that too
To those people I would unironically troll them by saying "stunning and brave"
It's not as stupid as me choking on my ramen
That type of complaints reminds me of this
https://youtu.be/NQ4mdCh9yZU?si=C_YVEKk4Ywc36Eyk
Mark Hamill amusingly recalls how 20th Century Fox was concerned with Chewbacca's distinct lack of pants.
(Originally taken from Empire of Dreams)
That depends. Did George Lucas write you choking on your Ramen? Because if so, it's unassailable, and any notion to the contrary is spitting on his legacy 😆
I just shave my cheek lines with a safety razor
gotta keep it looking fresh
I don't even do that. Gotta impress my Viking ancestors.
Topic of gray Jedi in the star wars channel reminded me of something: Osha's actress talked about liking the grey Jedi code. And honestly, I'd be more pissed at her saying that than Yord's saying Anakin blew up the death star
Not to derail the convo, just random thought
I like the concept of Gray Jedi. Jolee Bindo rules.
lol Vikings were like one of the best groomed historical peoples
no I don't have a collection of beard beads from Grimfrost why would you think that
Yeah that, but Amandla is probably referring to the Grey Jedi as in the ones who can use force lightning but not be tempted to evil
I'm absolutely floored that there's no gray "Jedi" sects just hanging out Airbender style from avatar (obviously pre fire nation)
But yeah light side force users who are outside the confines of Jedi praxis are so cool, Jolee is a cool character
Haha, that's true, and I appreciate you knowing that! It's clean, trimmed, and oiled. It just happens that the upper edge on my cheeks looks good au naturale
Maybe. Couldn't Mace Windu do that in Legends?
Plo Koon in that one video game too iirc (and it was orange?)
Isn't that the, TPM game?
Yes, Vaapad was his fighting style
Which, I'm not particularly fond of as a thing
He could also use electric judgement
That is much too cool a name for what we're talking about 😆 Like, that should be an 80s thrash metal album.
Jedi Power Battles
I say we name a lightsaber hilt Electrum Judgement
Dooku used force lightning as a jedi, but he became sith eventually so I don't think that counts lol
Ah damn got it wrong
I fucking loved this game
So did Rey like that one time but she only killed stormtroopers
Not Adi Gallia with a red blade
I wasn't entirely wrong on it being a TPM game
Loved jedi power battles.
He's got that shit eating grin
I think I had it for my dreamcast... RIP Sega consoles
I need a re-release. Or at least a PS1 Classics version on PS5
Dreamcast version on switch
The Sith vs Jedi was excellent showcase of training for sport and training for kills. The Jedi fought like sports combat and bounded themselves to rules while anything go with the Sith. He punched he kicked he headbutt anything to get the upper hand.
^ this exactly
I just knew Yord was cooked when he complained to Osha, "and he doesn't even follow the rules of combat!" lol
my man yord did pretty brilliantly though.
i will not get over how he used the cortosis helmet to his advantage
IDK I think they're both trained to kill, Jedi just try not to and the Sith say fuck it. Qimir's fighting is definitely unorthodox even compared to every sith we've seen so far
Jedi are like spider-Man. There’s never officially been a no-kill rule, it’s just something they’d like to avoid if possible, but will do if pushed to no other options
jedi are trained to kill but at this point in time lightsaber combat is essentially more a display art than anything else. they demonstrated this on starlight i believe it was stellan gios dueled nib assek but actual saber duels with someone who is actively trying to kill you is something almost no one in this era has any experience with
idk if vernestra ever had a run in with marchion when he had lodans lightsaber
TBF I doubt Qimir has all that much experience either, obviously more than your standard Jedi but he's on the DL enough that he's not being hunted and more willing to kill people than the Jedi are
assuming that qimir is actually a sith most likely his master was more than a match for him the majority of the time. and remember the sith dont fucking hold back. they go sink or swim XD
personally though im thinking he is another force religion that does rely on combat and he wouldve had others to duel against and refine his skills
maybe a warrior group kind of like the imperial knights
As someone who also can only grow crap facial hair I sympathise with Qimir and his fall to the dark side
The curse of being a Southeast Asian...
Sol is fucking lit
Yes the sun is hot
He’s playing both extremely well, incredibly sinister.
he mentioned he has gotten rid of Jedi that have seen him thus far. It stands to guess that he has had far more combat experience than any one non Jedi Master of their time.
Something I noticed
Qimir doesn't have dark side eyes
Just normal ones like Dooku
neither did Kylo, or ROTJ Vader unmasked
Qimir peers 😭
Qimir Peers, Qimir Crew, Qiminions.
We need to have like, a public dance battle for the right to the Fandom name.
Qimir ARMy
That too.
Yeah I just looked at their site
Didn't realize they also had a Darth Jadus saber
So many cool designs, so little space
Nah bro I need Qimir's saber the same way I need to get back to the gym and get his arms.
Like, there's my motivation for the next few months.
What do we all think of the LGT versions of Indara's and Sol's?
I could not see Tommen Baratheon playing a young Sheev but hey, I also didn't expect Good place guy being the biggest hater
Bruh I need arms like that. Bro is built so good.
Not even horny, for once.
Yet
I don't have the build for a Qimir cosplay yet but oh my gods I hope I get there someday.
I'm pretty sure my frame is too small to cosplay any of the characters I like but eh I'll try my best anyways.
jk
jkkkkkk
...I have no idea who that is.
I could probably pull off any of the short male characters in Genshin? Except for Xiao until I bulk up a little more.
Well, if nothing else, you're motivation for everyone else.
<--- doesn't even remember the difference between different deadlift types
I got no disciplin
<--- mostly did cables and bench press for chest, bicep curls for arms
I have no physical strength.
I can do max on most machines with little effort
but require balance on the free weights
6 months ago my max bench was 35 lbs. Now it's about 90.
Same ://
I only weigh like 115. I'm light. And I still can't hit more than 90. Can't go back to the gym anytime soon either because of work.
but I eat too much so not in a caloric deficit
I have to wait until school starts in order to return to the gym.
lucky
My brother in the Force, I can't pack on weight.
I eat three times as much as either of my parents and I have packed on exactly none of it.
There are a lot of folk who weigh less and look really good
The entire rest of my immediately family puts on weight rather well, but I physically cannot.
You are still young. Give it a few years and your metabolism will slow down lol
I am kinda phat, but you can't tell cause I am kinda tall too so it evens it out lol
also my diet is meat-heavy too lol so I think that helps
I'm just angry my genetics suck.
I got the short, fast metabolism genes.
I'm kinda the same way but metabolism has gotten a bit to me the last two years
Meanwhile everyone else in my family is tall and can pack on weight.
My older brother is 5'8" and I'm 5'3".
King tho
Like,,, literally why the fuck did I have to be the short one.
I feel like later on in life it evens out
THERE ARE NO ADVANTAGES TO BEING SHORT
BEING TALL IS LITERALLY SUPERIOR I HATE BEING THIS HEIGHT
I always wanted to do gymnastics but I’m too tall
I am tall and no one bats an eye
It's really not. At least you can reach the top shelf.
You can't, but Qimir can
You can fit into all cars. I know tall people who are able to afford their dream car now but can’t fit because they are too tall
Didn't realize height made much of a difference. Had a bunch of gymnast friends growing up, all of differing heights.
I'm the same height as Ewan McGregor 🙌🏻
That's such a niche thing tho??
Also, being short in a car isn't necessarily good either. Gotta move the chair forward so your feet reach the pedals.
It does for sure. If you look at the heights of all the Olympic gymnasts the absolute tallest is like 5’9. Most are between 5’ and 5’6
Now the steering wheel is up against your boobs.
I can't fit into a lot of cars due to my height lol
At least you can see over people's heads.
My brother in the Force I have to parkour up a fucking wall or pole to gain any sort of view.

Makes it easy to track people you've lost.
Meanwhile if I lose my group, again. Parkour.

Look, I'm not wrong.
Warm personality. Even warmer death.
The scene was cold
Jecki's death was hot. Yord's death shifted my view. Like the way Qimir shifted his neck.
Jecki's death was hot.
kinky?!?!?
I meant it in the lightsaber sense.
that fucker was showing off when he kebabed the two jedi and then decapitated them
like he didn't have to do them like that
they were dead when he skewered them
I'm also immune to that comment since I genuinely have zero romantic feeling towards women sorry.
Ikr? It was sick. In the cool way.
the decapitation was just him showing off
Honestly though, can you fault him?
He's displaying his power, exactly the way he wants.
Jang0
Marie antoinette hates this one simple trick
Forever salty at myself that I deleted my arrivals god roll cause I thought I'd get a god roll brave one 😮💨
(i got an eager edge roll that I didn't need)
IDEK what even the god roll fo rit is lol
I gotta grind it out for a DSC sword
Multiple damage perks
DSC sword is apparently best
Bequest can, depends on the situation
With surrounded, it is, but you need to be surrounded by ads.
It performed phenomenally in crota
If this applied nonemi is off the damn field 30 miles away
It was too ubiquitous
atleast buff swords in general
Worldline Zero is the skull at the bottom of the ocean lmao
I don't remember how much they nerfed lament, but it needed some amount of nerf. Swords are still really strong
Yeah that one needs like a jolt effect or something to make it better
You can steal kneecaps
Heartshadow is very good for Herald encounter in new raid
yea I need its catalyst lol
that reminds me
I gotta complete WR on master this week to increase my drop rate for BB
still no drop on the Navigator tho
Good luck brother, I'm attempting another SE run tonight
Even though it's very niche I still love that gun
Inshallah I want that gun
I also need to play warlord's, I'm still missing one piece of the titan armor
y'know
I think on Spire they tweaked armour drop rates
they had to
cause I did soo many runs before the hat dropped
other dungeons I easily got the armour in 2 runs
AND TALL PEOPLE CAN BREAK ANKLES.
They can also break kneecaps, come to think of it.
Wish they did that in warlords, I did it so much but still was missing 2 pieces on my main until final shape came out
Like the more I think about it, the more I realize that there are no advantages to being short. Tall people can do everything short people can do, and more.
Note: "Being hit by a tree branch" is not a disadvantage. It's a skill issue.
Beast Magik
Very nice
I don't have a pic of my titan on hand, but I use the warlord's Ruin helmet
Yep
Levi armour is 2 chonky
I was a veteran D1 player but quit a month after taken King, came back in red war but quit a month after, and then came back in season of worthy
lol
Eater and spire is sooooo big, too big for my liking
I played religiously until Season of Arrivals
Quit when Beyond Light dropped
cause I was salty over the sunsetting BS
I started playing religiously during arrivals lol
Valid
This game is better with breaks, same as Warframe
Though problem is you have to pay for shit, unlike Warframe
Yea
I didn't pay full price for Beyond
or Witch
I paid for Lightfall cause I thought it was gonna be good lol
Yeah unfortunately I bought annual passes for all those lol, did not for final shape
Glad I didn't, all I wanted was the pyramid ship, and I got to use the goofy fusion rifle when final shape came out
I still haven't bought Final shape lol
will though
once BB drops for me
or The RON exotic
BONK
I can't tell if those sparks are practical or not
Imagine the sabers are thick not because of the older tech, but because they're loaded with magnesium
Maybe. I'm also noticing the detail of the energy of Sol's saber coursing along the welded cracks in Qimir's helmet.
i wanna say they were added in post
they seem to still be using neopixels for on actor lighting
and unless they coated that shit with a thin layer of mg
yeah
I like pyros, what can I say
Saint-14 @vast plank
Would that mean those seams are the cortosis? Cause cortosis has the energy absorption properties
Maybe it’s just the seams where the helmet connects, so part of the shorting can be seen through that?
That could be it too, idk I'm not a metallurgy expert
Neither am I, but to be fair it is Star Wars, where Rule of Cool is the basis of Physics
Don’t forget about sound too
Real
This mask is cortosis weave
That would be my guess. I think in Canon cortosis is very rare and hard to work with, so maybe that's why it's only the seams that are cortosis. Or, as stated above, it just looks cooler that way.
Gonna bonk it with the Razor's Edge IB sword
From what I’ve seen people say about it, it’s rare but not to the extent something like Kyler crystals or Beskar are?
I don't really have any insight into that. I know beskar is largely monopolized by the Mandalorians, so it's rare, but only because select people are allowed access it, rather than there just not being a lot of it around.
There have been dedicated mines to Cortosis on both Dinzo and Mokivj according to wiki, so it’s at least somewhat more common than beskar
@proud notch here are the pictures of the recreation I did of Qimir’s lightsaber
The Stranger's saber doesn't have shrouds. Reminds me of the Saberforge Bastion tbh
Very nice. I feel like a matte black would compliment that better, but still really good.
What configuration did you do for hilt components and shading?
It has that little slit down the emitter, not like a true shroud but gives the appearance of one
@weary sable What is the Strangers most deadliest weapons?
Mask + Gauntlets + Lightsabers.
They're the whole basis of his flipped-Trakata style.
Wrong it’s clearly his arms…
His name is Qimir Babygirl Shifu Hotman get it RIGHT smh
Nubs would destroy him in a 1v1
I seriously wanna see an adult of his species in a piece of serious Star Wars media.
Like do they keep those proportions as they age or do they gain more humanoid proportions?
WHERE ARE THE OTHERS OF YOUR KIND
pooba'
Let's hope it's this.
That’s canon until they show otherwise
neither. it's a 3rd mysterious option
Like a Digimon evolution. Cute animal -> kink gear humanoid -> eldritch abomination.
I love how they see the sabers and immediately revert to children on Christmas
Reminds me of ewan and Liam making saber noises themselves in the prequels
"We have Ben to make those sounds in post, Liam!"
right... twat
checks out
It's an older code, but it checks out
Just enjoy it if you happen to like it. We live in a sad, hopeless world and we don't have the energy to focus on what we dislike. I don't like the Sequels, I'm just happy some people do. There's enough Star Wars content for everyone.
I do think it's hilarious that people were absolutely up in arms over Mundi being in the Acolyte because it breaks a non canon trading card game character info.
But this week they're making fun of the lightsaber hair cutting and when people bring up the classic Clone Wars cartoon showing the Padawin to Jedi Knight ritual, they scoff and say it's not canon so it doesn't count.
So....now Legends doesn't count? xD
They will say what ever they want just so they can complain
It’s not about making sense. It’s about getting to bitch about something and telling people to stop enjoying something.
I love how qimir grabs sold hand so he can’t pull away to headbutt the saber
This right here. They've decided they don't like the show, so they're actively looking for further reasons to not like it, whether those reasons make sense or not. They're trying to make the show objectively bad, using "evidence", rather than being content with the show being subjectively bad, i.e., they simply don't like it.
But it's ok to not like the show.
Hell, even I think the witches song is even worse that the mods in BoBF and that tells.
It’s ok not to like the show. But people are trying to attack others for not liking it
Yes they are.
It's absolutely ok to not like it.
because they don't have anything better to do, or worse, can't accept a show can have both crappy and awesome parts at the same time
But there's a difference between "I don't like this" and "You shouldn't like this"
Oh no, I know, haha.
You know what, we'll just enjoy Star Wars
That was more of a general statement.
Hell yeah we will 😁
The witches song are cringe but thing is witchey shit irl tends to be cringe
So I can give it a realistic pass
I love witchy shit, haha. My wife and I have decided that we're at the stage in our lives where we want neighborhood kids to think a witch live in our home. We're already the Halloween house every year, might as well lean in.
Aesthetically, at least, we love witchy shit. We're not into the whole belief system.
Not to knock those who are.
Get a cauldron that you can drill the bottom out of.
I've wanted to do witchy shit for years but my mom deadass forbids me to decorate for Halloween.
XD my mother is wiccan, I’ve actually made her a wand myself
So I've got a witch-esque craft all thought out.
Thats actually really cool. Respect
You'll need a cauldron (probably plastic), a ring of LEDs, water, and dry ice. Dish soap is optional.
Thats a bummer. Halloween is our huge to do every year.
The only paranormal thing my mother forbids is the use of my ouija board in her house XD
You already know exactly where this is going.
I just sew shit for Halloween lmao
I do know where this is going. Smoking, glowing cauldron?
Yep! And you can change the colours for "spellcasting".
We did that without the smoke one year. Made a little skeletal demon guy pop out of it.
A wet rag with dish soap can be dragged over the cauldron's edge to create a soap bubble that can contain the dry ice gas before it implodes.
The worst part will be how cold the cauldron is but in my experience Halloween is always cold anyways :P
I want to get a proper ouija board sometime, but I certainly understand her hesitation, given the belief in the spirit realm and such.
We used a plastic cauldron. And live in Southern CA, so never cold, comparatively speaking.
Personally myself and a friend of mine have always wanted to make an ouija board ourselves. I know though she’s super into the horror aspect of stuff so she would go all out on it XD
I've toyed with that idea myself, haha. Made out of proper wood, maybe with some extra esoteric occult design on it.
Here's what our house looked like the year we did the cauldron, @weary sable
I’m just happy we’re still getting more stuff to watch and enjoy.
I really find the toxicity around some things people are raging over absolutely horrible, like said, if you don’t like it, tune out.
REAL
I did patience for the emitter, persistence for the switch, patience for the grip and rebel hero for the pommel and for the materials I did plastoid black
THAT'S QIMIR'S FULLBODY??
...Why did I expect him not to have abs?
I expected him to have good arms and shoulders, which usually means a pretty decent chest too, since shoulder and chest work together.
Mans doesn't skip ab day either, damn. He's better than me.
<--- did ab day ONCE in the 6-month period where he worked out every day
I hate training abs so I have the utmost respect for people who regularly do ab day.
What about Jecki stab?
Too lazy to gif that, I just found jecki spin on discord
Damn lol
Carbon fiber tubes are interesting. Where can you even find any?
Right
Hey im currently into the lore and the fandom but I'm Ngl the fandom is just as worst as K-pop fans lol.
Ah lol
Thanks
McMaster-Carr.
Who?
It's an industrial supply site. Raw materials, tooling, bits, safety gear, etc.
Probably a good place to get carbon fiber tubes.
Ohhhhh! Sorry, I thought you were talking about the fandom. But I'll look into them.
It’s always had some less than savory members being too loud, but it’s been flaring up more recently due to several reasons
Today, on Glupp Shitto Or Not....
McMaster Carr was a male Shistavanen featured for 6 frames in the background of the wide shot of the Rebel Base near the end of Rogue One... proceeds to read the full character biography for the next hour and a half
that moment when someone makes a post saying "star wars is for everyone" and the comment section is nothing but hate and toxicity and saying how its wrong
Where did that happen, so I can avoid it?
facebook this time
People still use Facebook?
unfortunately
Oh, good, I stay away from there anyways. I haven't checked out my personal profile in like 7 years, and the last time I used anything other than messenger was for promoting my last band.
i intentionally made an alt account that is the direct opposite of me because my family would judge literally everything i said on there
i made one comment about getting sick and suddenly i had my entire dads side of the family is on my ass about it
It's a shame that that is even necessary.
honestly
and doing that is how i got my mothers side of the family on my ass XD
the whole situation is why my main account sits dead and my alt is practically my main account now
I couldn’t be more proud of VFX’s contribution to this episode. The Cortosis sabre disruption look is something I pitched with an intention to make the effect look 100% practical. Hopefully we pulled it off
Quoting Star Wars (@starwars)
Learn about the first live-action use of cortosis plus choreographing the Stranger vs the Jedi fight in epi...
legit love how the blade looks like it explodes
and the fact that the sparks in the color of the blade just adds to the effect
That’s so cheemspilled
i love the fact that qimir grabs sols hand to keep him from pulling away like "imma headbutt this blade and you are going to let me headbutt it"
Oh yeah, I noticed that this morning. We were speculating that maybe only the seams are cortosis or something.
or maybe the seams are welds that aren't cortosis, leading to the energy dispersal through the lines?
Maybe. Either way, huge props to the VFX team. It looks really, really good.
Yeah I don't need the details tbh. Just looks rad
am i the only one who can see that jecki was struggling against qimir the entire time she was fighting until she started fighting with sol?
so many people are saying this is such an inconsistancy
and seen people saying how it was woke because of course the girl padawan did this like what the fuck are you on about? obiwan did this exact thing better 20 years ago and everyone was fine with it
weird, normally having an ally helps a lot both in actually fighting the enemy and just getting a boost in confidence?
Ah, but see, Obi Wan was a man, and therefore inherently better at everything /s
fights a sith as a padawan and wins "awesome i love this, give me more!"
fights a sith as a padawan and dies "WHAT IS THIS WOKE SHIT"
i love the backstep attacks she does so much, it's such a cool move
All the duel choreo in episode 5 was just chefs kiss
legit i love how shes spinning, back peddeling, and defending at the same time
as someone who does that shit casually, thats fucking hard XD
It kinda reminds me of a move you'd see in Mortal Kombat, probably from Kitana
Somebody posted a shot earlier from I think Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, and it's basically the same move.
This
just backwards
Exactly.
one argument i find so lazy is the whole making the EU non canon shit. like why the hell does it matter? you can still go out and get it today. i know ive found the darth bane trilogy in retail stores, and note i said retail not second hand stores
It is
Why does that overhead shot make me think of Ahsoka vs Morgan Elsbeth.
well this kind of thing has always been an inspiration for star wars
yeah the prequels choreo has a lot of wushu influence
I really like that they leaned back in to the PT style of combat. A lot of spins and fast paced strikes. It wouldn't make sense for them to do anything else, but it's nice to see.
i want more wire-fu in star wars
Dude, same. The small amount we saw with Indara gave me a taste, and I need the whole dish.
the only thing i liked about Rise of Skywalker was Rey's superjump over the wave at the Death Star 2 ruins and that's it
There's a lot I have issue with in the film, but I thought the whole duel on the DS2 ruins was pretty great.
only thing i liked about about rise of skywalker looking back was the live action debut of yellow lightsabers. (im biased towards yellow sabers, its my saber color)
Thats also fair. I'm cautiously excited about where the new Rey film is going, story wise.
i have hope for it because extra media can definitely make characters better. just look at what the clone wars did with the prequels
Thats true, and I 100% agree.
Also, speaking of the prequels, I need a modern, build your own rig podracing game.
TROS gave us Rey's saber and Leia's saber.
Y'all know how I feel about Leia's saber LOL
Honestly, even though I have issues with it, there's a lot I like about TROS. This just didn't seem like the place to elaborate on that, haha.
Honestly I think we made it out of the dark after the Sequels ended.
Sure, not all of Disney Star Wars is up to par, but you can see it improving, slowly.
Eh, it was never dark for me, per se. I like Star Wars. I've watched basically all of it. It's like pizza for me. Even when it's bad it's still pretty good.
And for the record, TLJ was easily my favorite of the sequels.
TFA is actually straight-up my favourite SW movie of the main 9.
Is it just a rehash of ANH? Absolutely.
But as I've said in the past, I'm in love with a film's visuals, and TFA had stunning visuals.
Very true. That whole escaping the First Order in the Millenium Falcon sequence is phenomenal.
I was also a kid when it came out. Not to mention, new SW movie.
My parents got the Blu-Ray edition of the film almost immediately after it came out. I'm sure I still have it somewhere.
I remember thinking TFA was setting up so much potential.
Also fair. I'm a fair bit older than you, I think, so it was different films for me. The Special Edition VHS OT when I was a kid, then every prequel in the theaters.
Part of the issues with the ST stems directly from this. JJ Abrams is great at setting up mysteries. He just doesn't do great with solving said mysteries. I felt that way about Lost way before he had anything to do with Star Wars.
Really? I wouldn't have guessed... remembers Nonemi speaking about Qimir...
😉
I really wish Rey wasn't a Palpatine.
I honestly still feel like Palpatine's return negates Anakin's final sacrifice.
It's just such a tantamount moment and then Palpatine goes
"I lived bitch".
Luckily current SW seems to be dancing around the ST as a whole aside from SW Resistance.
I see what you mean, but I sort of disagree. It makes sense to have ol Palps be the big bad of the whole Skywalker Saga. He's been pulling the strings since before Anakin was born. I do agree about Rey being a Palpatine, though. I was much happier when she was a nobody.
In Ahsoka there's straight up this one scene where
Ezra: So the Emperor died?
Sabine: That's what they say.
Like,,, they knew what they were doing.
I definitely liked Rey being a nobody.
There are themes in TLJ that I really wish were followed up on.
I didn't like her instantly learning how to do a Jedi Mind Trick or how she was able to meditate so easily in her first duel with Kylo Ren.
But I liked it when she had humble origins.
I'm honestly angry that Rey didn't use a yellow lightsaber for all of TROS.
Those didn't bother me so much. There exist virtuosos in real life, why not when it comes to force use?
That doesn't bother me as much as I wish she had a light side double bladed saber. She used a staff to fight in TFA, it was right there!
As much as I like the leather wrap and burned aluminum on the TROS Graflex, I really wish we'd gotten to see more of Rey with her yellow lightsaber.
Reforging the Skywalker saber felt really redundant to me.
That surprised me too. Rey knows how to fight with a quarterstaff, so that should've translated to her saber combat more methinks.
Eh, maybe in the future. No sense griping about it too much. It happened, it could have been better, at least there's still new Star Wars coming out.
I get this, but with the way TFA was framed it just didn't come across the right way for me. If we'd seen her manifest her Force abilities more naturally and with better pacing throughout the film I wouldn't have minded.
But all of her Force abilities being put near the end of the film... doesn't even feel like plot convenience. It feels a bit rushed.
I can agree with that. It's one of those things where it's fine in the moment, but when you stop and think about it, it doesn't always make the most sense.
I feel the same way about the depiction of Sabine's Force Sensitivity despite there being much more context and backup for Sabine. Her ability development is also paced a little better.
Luckily the Acolyte doesn't have any non Force-sensitives or people presented as not Force-sensitive.
Osha is the most far-removed from the Force, but she was legit trained as a Jedi.
It's becoming more and more apparent that the Force is more a plot convenience than anything else. And that's fine. I just want to see people move stuff with their minds, and fight with preternatural skill.
It's why I don't truck in any of that "this breaks the canon of the Force" nonsense. It has always been able to do whatever is necessary to move the story along.
To be fair, it's necessary for the Force to perform that way to a certain degree for a number of reasons.
I just wish it wasn't depicted so... suddenly? I guess? Can't put my tongue on it.
I wish the Force would make itself known a little faster and let on a little easier.
I get what you're saying, and I agree it felt rushed in some capacity. It just didn't bother me very much, personally.
Then again, I can't be talking. I literally write the Force in the most plot convenient ways possible.
"The Force is most easily unlocked through trauma or extreme situations, which is probably why you were able to use Force Speed before that bus ran you over,"
^ actual fucking sentence from the spin-off I've been writing.
Then you join a great line of writers doing exactly the same thing, haha. And for real, read some of the, let's say less well received old EU stuff. Shit gets wacky.
#TheAcolyte Spoilers!
In MeYordiam…
Look at that confident smirk! Surely this plucky padawan will triumph!
Shame she was defeated by 3 hole punch Qim(ir)
YEAH LOL
"Bringing my bf Qimir to the World Between Worlds to stab Jecki again~!"
Because coping with good characters dying through humor is effective
Haha, fair. But she ruled, and I want her back.
@weary sable
Me and the gang omw to stab Jecki like:
Get you a man who can do both
what the fuck have you people been up too
BORTLES
i just noticed something when qimir says "you brought her here" dude legit shrugs his should like its no big deal he just murdered a kid XD
@sw_holocron Doesn’t make sense for him to be upset that she was a child, padowans usually are.
Also, out of character for a Jedi to be this emotional especially one as seasoned as Sol is supposed to be.
😐
Imagine thinking Jedi having emotions is a bad thing
Jecki dies
Sol: "Oh well I'll get another padawan when I get back"
lets just ignore that dooku was a wreck when quigon died i guess
its quite normal for jedi to form familial bonds with their apprentices and masters.
i believe in the novelization of attack of the clones dooku legit says obiwan was like his grandson
Probably because a "proper" Jedi would practice non-attachment to the point of like... Luminara-ness.
Ki-Adi to Anakin after Jabiim:
"You shouldn't feel bad that Obi-Wan died, my entire family died and I didn't give a fuck about it"
Old crank didn't even bother trying to save her Padawan when the droid factory caved in.
Anakin was lifting rubble searching for Ahsoka and Luminara deadass just said "I can feel her dying, too bad so sad I'll cry when I get home".
Would these people prefer static characters who have no arc or emotions?
Seems that way
Because it's the "Jedi Code".
you think jedi inform the families of fallen jedi if theres any left?
like would they have informed the lon family of jeckis death under normal circumstances?
To be completely honest, I'd be interested to see a Jedi like Luminara who practices complete adherence to the Jedi code and is detached from the world as we know it.
But not in this situation.
so yord XD
or at least how yord thinks he is
i find it funny how people blame kathleen kenedy for all the bad stuff and conviently forget that shes still the head of lucasfilm when the good stuff comes up
Kathleen Kennedy murdered my family
Yord looking like Stewie in the family guy parody
"What the hell man, I was gonna make it"
Didn't Vern earlier in the series tell him he's too involved concerning Osha/Mae
Like, that's the crux of the character
They’ve decided not to like it and only watch it for more reasons to complain
It's simple really, they have targetted the show cause it stars a BIPOC person period.
They don't give a shit about the plot or the goings on
What they do is bitch and whine after every episode to pushout hate-bait content so they can get that YT ad-rev
also Twitter users are terminally online who have nothing better to do than bitch about make believe
Watching Sol has been nothing but a treat
people are whining cause they need something to bitch over
blue sabers have never looked better than on sol
like lightsabers in general look fucking brilliant in this series. but as someone who hates how over used the blue and green sabers are. blue on sol is a perfect match like green on quigon
I agree. Like, it's hard to determine beforehand, but I'm continually impressed by how every new Jedi's saber is just perfect for them. Sol and Blue? Perfect. Jecki and Green? Also exquisite. Yord and Yellow? Unexpected, but fantastic.
Oh wait, I think I just made a connection with Yord.
He has been portrayed as a somewhat stuff, by the book Jedi. A rules follower.
im biased for anyone with a yellow saber
Who else besides Rey (in TV and movies at least) wields yellow sabers on the regular?
The ultimate rules followers and enforcers, the Jedi Temple Guard.
can i include the EU as well? XD
I think Lucas only wanted Jedi to have Blue and Green
made a special exception for Mace though
My friend, you can include whatever you like, haha. I'm just happy we're getting more canon saber colors in live action. Still waiting for my personal favorite to appear, though
I like yellow too but lol
The only reason he had green was because blue didn't read well in the Tatooine scenes in ROTJ.
Arcann, Thexan, Ventress, Kolloma Ree, plo koon, Tyvokka, indeera stokes, Loden Greatstorm, bastila shan,
I was also really happy to see orange tones for Baylan and Shin. Let darksiders have some variety as well.
i legitimately love any saber that isnt blue or green but yellow is absolutely my favourite
For my personal Jedi look, I'm a big fan of cyan. I always give Cal a cyan blade in Fallen Order and Suvivor.
That's a temple guard saber iirc
it is
eh he got over this by the prequels, but he really only wanted blue but had to do something because blue looked bad in ROTJ
Yeah
Yknow, I would have expected George to retime this shot and replace Boba with a cgi man
Glad green exists because I hate blue lightsabers
