I dropped my saber and it's not turning on anymore. When I insert the battery the indicator flashes yellow for a few seconds and then turns off. There's a small crack in the plastic shell

it's hard to say without seeing more of the innards. you took the battery out and reseated it?

Yeah, after reseating the battery the indicator flashes yellow

did you try charging it?

reseating the SD card may also be something to try

The onboard diagnostic LED on CFX is red, that yellow LED iirc is from the helper/charging board behind the battery and between it and the CFX. You likely disconnected a wire or other connection somewhere with the drop. Unfortunately only VV taking a look at it would know for sure.

thanks for the suggestions, nothing I tried worked so I guess I'll reach out to VV to see what's wrong
