📌 What is your job?

We are looking for dedicated and active Development Managers to join our team. Your main job will be to find new developers interested in joining our team, manage developer applications, organise the development team and ensure they are trained.

📜 Requirements:

  • 13+ years old
  • Active and professional
  • Good communication skills
  • 6+ Months of Experience in at least 2 Development fields
  • Experience as a Ranker or Development Manager is preferred but not required

💸 Payment:

Development Managers can receive 30 Robux per Qualified Developer they hire, 50 Robux per application and training they handle and bonuses for extra tasks they complete. Additionally, there may be options for USD Payments involved.
