Hi, I am Sipe, 17 years old with 3+ years of developing experience in modeling, building and animating as a ex developer, now manager.
I will take the part of searching and connecting to multiple devs/ managers/ producers etc. My list of developers i am constantly connected to contains 200+ developers from modeller to video editor. As a part of my job I will have to organise development and take action in motivation and putting deadlines.
12 studios already have hired me. Normally I get developers regarding the characteristics and payments -obviously- in some hours (1 hour- 3days) to maximum of 3 days.

My payments are either constructed with a rbx or money per timeframe factor so like: 15$/ week or 500rbx/ day. % + upfront of x rbx/ $ is also possible e.g. 10% and 3k rbx. % as itself only if game is released or near release with a good advertising plan or enough members.
