Hello Everyone! My name is TheKiri and recently I have encountered with group problem

What's the problem? it's dead..... and I need help with it

I would like to hire following jobs :
Group Manager 1/1
Clothes Designers 1/2

Payment :
Your payment will depend on how will you work,You will get your payment through group funds,
Designers get their payment by making sales on the group,As well Group Manager Decide the payment for designers

Note : Please do not blame me,Atm group is dead and my goal is to revive it,meanwhile get some revenue it,Do not take this Job if you dont want to risk.

Group Manager is basically the one who helps me,Your task will be to manage group,Share funds fairly and other stuff,Basically I dont know can I set perms to waste group funds,Hope that I answered on your question (Grammar sucks,english is not my main language)
