About me: I've been building for around 2 years now but just started to produce some really good builds, I've tried scripting but I'm just better at building, at least for now.
Payment: I expect decent pay and proof, I would like to have upfront payment, half payment upfront, or bare minimum payment after I finish building and I show you pics.
Current Projects: I'm about to get started on designing and creating buildings for RoJam, and I am also working on a hotel that is for sale(when finished) if anybody is interested.
Expectations: You have payment ready, you ideally provide pictures of what you want if not a very detailed description of what you're looking for, and professional.
