I summited a request over two months ago I lost my phone and had to get a new phone and phone number. So I can't cash out or exchange for elixir because my two factor authentication is linked to my old number which is no longer valid. Can someone please help me get it changed on my trovo account so I can cash out please can you guys get to my request.
