on obs i choose only 1280*720p but in trovo i see 1080p for subscribers please solve my problem

Subscribers can view with an option labeled 1080p, but of course since you're only outputting 720p the stream won't be higher than what you have selected in OBS

when i start the stream there is 720p but after a few minutes the steam becomes 1080p

You might see that as the option depending on the bitrate you stream at, but there is no upscaling done on your stream.
