Was gifted a tier 2 sub so I can use personal emotes. Didn’t work. Tried another gifted tier 2 sub and it’s still not letting me. Can someone help me?

I can’t use the emotes i paid to use. I was even gifted twice by two different people and still cant use the emotes. Can we get refunds or can I get a free month?
